We have used Viber for managing our audience which is using our website and newspaper and we found that this is one of the platforms that helped us to build, communicate with and distribute messages within our community. It also helped us to grow our audience within their platform too.
It was really easy to set up and we could convert our audiences into the Viber platform because this is already used by thousands of people in our audience.
Sometimes we feel that Viber is cluttered with features and every feature is trying to stand out. Having more and more features is good, but having too much features sometimes make the platform exhausting. This is really minor issue.

I joined Viber as an alternative to WhatsApp but I still find myself going back to WhatsApp simply because it is not widely accepted hence limiting its usage. I like that you can make free video calls on the platform and do video conferencing with other users. Viber is quite very heavy and can easily take up a lot of space on your phone if you do not monitor your gallery. As with any other messaging app, it is great for easy chat communications, the stickers can make it a whole lot more fun.
Excellent free video calls with people on the viber platform Great for instant chat messages, also supports group chats Share any type of file you have with friends, colleagues or family Lots of emojis and stickers Works fine on pc Simple and fast registration with just your phone number and also very easy to use. You don't need any long tutorials to understand how to go about using the viper app whether on mobile or pc.
Not a popular platform in my country. So its always hard to get people to join Quite heavy to install when compared to WhatsApp

I continue to love Viber. With its user-friendly interface and wide range of features, Viber has become a staple in the world of instant messaging. From voice and video calls to group chats and file sharing, Viber has it all. Its end-to-end encryption ensures that all conversations remain private and secure, giving users peace of mind.
It's a great means of communicating with your companions, family, colleagues, and anybody else. Furthermore, you can receive calls while traveling to other countries. Simple WiFi is sufficient for it to function. comparable to or compatible with cross-platform devices, such as the Galaxy and the iPhone, with lucid video calls.
Along with commendable efforts and helpful updates, the dependability and quality of audio-only calls have reduced.

It can be a good chit-chat option if you want to communicate with someone, especially if that person is not in the same country as you are. It's cost-free. Not for crucially sharing information.
I am using it as a free line for private meetings and video chats. Most of the time I use only chat (typing) for fast connection with family. The messenger is good and has all the possibilities to express yourself. I like the option when I use default emoji to be promoted to use proper stickers instead (for free). Stickers base is constantly upgraded and there is something for everybody's taste for creative and fast chat messages.
Suddenly, without obvious reason, the app stops to inform me about received messages and give me missed call notifications instead of a ring. The application is unreliable for the mentioned reason because it is easy to miss an important message or call.

Viber is generally a reliable messaging and calling app with a user-friendly interface and a wide range of features, including free voice and video calls, end-to-end encryption, and the ability to sync across devices. Viber is very user-friendly for all skill levels, and I've been using it for the past five years. I used this Viber for business purposes, sending high-resolution photos and work-related information. This app is also compatible with slow internet.
The Viber app includes free voice and video calls, end-to-end encryption for messages, the ability to sync contacts and notes across devices, various fun stickers and emojis, and integration with other apps like Dropbox and Giphy.
Using the Viber app includes the app requiring a phone number to sign up, which may be a privacy concern for some users, the app using data for calls and messages which may not be ideal for those with limited data plans, occasional glitches or bugs, and the app's interface and features may not be as customizable as some other messaging apps.
