Pros

We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
The product has some really good features at a great price. We use chat functionality on our website and it is super easy to design campaigns on the platform.

Pros

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.

Cons

Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.
We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.

Cons

Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.

Love the Zapier integration from Gmail to SendInBlue

Pros

I love being able to organize my contacts in their CRM and directly Email them with their Gmail integration. Setup the Zapier integration and it automatically loads gmail contacts to SendInBlue. 10/10 have recommended to colleagues already. You get so much value with their Free version.

Cons

I'd prefer to see my CRM client notes in one area versus a Timeline.

I've been doing email-centric marketing for years, and the game has changed over the last few years. If you're looking to move from an old-school platform like Mailchimp to a proper (email-centric, web-tracking) marketing automation platform, you're typically looking at expensive options (Marketo/Pardot/Hubspot/Eloqua). SendinBlue is more in line with a platform like Active Campaign, and while perhaps not as mature/feature-full, it is incredibly affordable for what it offers.

A few non-core features are 'half-baked' (e.g chat widget doesn't have mobile apps for operators, who must rely on browser notifications; 'CRM' is really a bare-bones marketing-CRM, not a proper CRM that a sales team or larger organization could rely on). Email builder could be a little more flexible (forces you to choose between raw HTML mode and page-builder mode)

A fair and not-so-expensive mail service, with CRM, Marketing Automation, SMS...

Pros

Not so expensive because the pricing is only calculated by the mail you sent instead of the contacts you have.

Cons

CRM is too basic, Marketing Automation is not so advanced. Anyway, they both work smoothly and are included in the subscription.

Great bulk email platform but limited CRM

The learning curve is fast, the user interface is intuitive, they have multiple pricing options based on actual email volume not # of contacts so you can have 100,000 people in your database but you only pay for the number of emails. Customer support is a bit slow (it is not real time) but replies were knowledgeable. If you think you may need a lot of hand-holding this is may not be the platform for you.

Pros

This is a great bulk email marketing tool. I particularly recommend using it with the Stripo.io email creation tool. You can export from Stripo straight into Sendinblue and send amazing looking emails. Reporting is best I've seen and I've used Sendgrid, MailPoet, Infusionsoft, Mailchimp, Hubspot and Sendfox and Netsuite.

Cons

This is NOT CRM software. It is very good bulk email with drip campaign and sales automation follow-up.

Perfect all-in-one marketing tool for creating CRM system and sending automatized campaign mails.

Pros

Brevo contains a bunch of tools for marketing. I use the mailing in connection to our campaigns. Your can import your contact and then send emails automatically. Brevo also provides a simple interface for creating modern emails. You are able to use the benefits from the API to integrate mailing with another products.

Cons

The API is not the best one I have ever seen. It can be a bit complicated to set up automatizations.

Pros

Adding unlimited contacts is one of the best features this application has. By doing this users can check their data by sending campaigns in batches.

Cons

They lack on integration part. They should integrate other useful softwares for making good customer experience. CRM integration , Data validation etc.

It is a good system but lacks certain features that we need when working with our CRM database.

Pros

The system is easy to use when you get started and to create campaigns. It is also fairly easy to create custom lists based on certain criterias.

Cons

Where Brevo (or Send in Blue) lacks is the CRM connections and to be able to really create customer journey flows based of behaviour.

Great value for the price!

Having run a few campaigns, we found it meets our current needs and will be moving on to a paid plan. Overall was very easy to use and setup. The customer support was there, even for a free tier even though it was just via ticket submission. Would highly recommend Sendinblue for businesses looking to up their email campaign without having to pay hundreds of dollars monthly. Their pricing upgrades are very fair as well!

Pros

I love the free tier. It's a great place to start using Sendinblue with unlimited contacts. Most platforms give you a free trial period, but with Sendinblue it is forever free at that level.

Cons

Not many templates. Needs 2 way integrations with CRM. With Pipedrive, we cannot submit new Contacts from Sendinblue to Pipedrive, only from Pipedrive to Sendinblue.
