Overall it is a very good, fantastically well priced tool that turns a very lengthy and often boring task into a pleasurable super fast task.
I am not a natural writer, and getting started on a new blog post can be somewhat challenging. Postpace provides the "starter" I need to get my creativity going. It's really easy to get going by choosing a keyword or topic and the geographical area, for example "Personalised Landing Pages" (a new product we are about to launch) and Google (UK). Postpace then searches for the highest ranking results...
The software is very powerful and there wasn't anything I disliked as such. One feature which I haven't used as much as I should is the optimise content feature where postpace ranks your writing against the metrics that should ensure SEO success such as length, readability, H tags used etc...

Overall, its an amazing product, neat and clean design. Does what it is suppose to do.
I heavily rely on the TOPIC REPORT functionality to collate all content or curate the content. It has an intuitive UI that help me organize the content ideas. I am able to analyze important stats., using this area that allows me to further clear out my idea and pick up the relevant topics for me to curate the content. It provides with information like Competitive analysis of the top 50 competing contents, and the scores, words and readability. The most impressive functionality of this product is the content outline for the first 50 posts. Its amazing how everything is presented in a single window.
I'd like to see the AI writer. That will be an value added feature since it already provides option to Optimize content. It will be a good place to write the first draft based on the topics already collected. - Currently, I have to juggle between multiple tools to achieve the desired results.

It helps optimize your articles to a point where they can be considered worthy of top SERPS.
The writer UX/UI is terrible right now. It was ok initially, but for some reason they decided to make it grayish and visually confusing. That type of UI should resemble a word doc with a white background.

It's the best optimization tool for blogs.
By using contentpace, i can check if my blog is optimized and follows SEO requirements. I like the way it recommends the needed keywords that must be in my blog.
It's complicated to use it at first, but you can find tutorials online.

ContentPace is an effective online content marketing tool designed to help professionals and small and medium-sized businesses (but also suitable for large ones) create compelling content that resonates with their target audiences. I have been using it since its early days, with great satisfaction. ContentPace makes it easy to create engaging content by going to search engine competitors and helping with content writing quickly and easily. Great results guaranteed with the right work and a lot of time saved.
ContentPace is intuitive and easy to use, making it easy to create effective marketing content even without special experience. The platform offers customizable templates, media tips, and social sharing features, allowing you to tailor content to your desired outcomes and effectively reach both new and existing customers.
Sometimes there is some uncertainty when loading media, but all in all, these are small things compared to the many benefits.

Super easy interface and working. I have used this tool for over an year now and the team is always inline to make more updates and add more features. Moreover, the tool has never faced performance issues. All of my content briefs are to the spot and thats what i love.
None so far. I am super happy with this product / my purchase.

I was able to rank on page one of Google under low-medium difficulty keywords with the help of ContentPace. Combined with good on-page technical SEO and keyword research, this tool can be VERY powerful.
- The easy-to-use content optimizer. (Cut my production time in half and helped me rank on page 1 of Google under low-medium keywords/keyphrases- Detailed specifics about competitors (competitor analysis) and the top-ranking articles under each keyword.- The sleek UI is amazing. I had no trouble learning this software and picked it up in literally 2 hours.
- I honestly had no problem with this software, it's one of my favorites.

Contentpace has a good feature set and should work for most content writers looking for an SEO optimization tool. The NLP suggestions are okay - it's a hit or miss. I have observed it often suggests terms that are somewhat irrelevant to the main topic. The topic analysis is fast.
The user interface is a little old school, which although not a dealbreaker, should probably be improved.

It is a pleasure and definitely a long term holding of mine, it is helpful, saves time, and not a stress to use at all.
It is very easy to use and for use more for research than business purposed it was delightful on the eyes and my time schedule to be able to learn any complex business software.
The software is fantastic, and it's clear the team behind it is involved, so I suspect any bugs to be resolved very quickly as they grow can be expected. None off the top of my head

For my needs, it seems perfect, and very economical compared to other equivalent products on my market.
The thematic reports are very useful, making keyword research quick and easy. I mostly use Contentpace to study the competition and identify the main keywords they are ranking for.
So far, I think it has worked very well, and I like the fact that it keeps improving without trying to add unnecessary elements. Why not a future integration with IA...

I am an early adopter and was blown away to know what PostPace does is possible in 2021. Been writing content for so long and being able to save valuable time and write better researched content is a win-win with no cost. Glad I got introduced to Postpace.
Ease of use as Postpace did a pretty good job with UI/UX which is very natural to adopt for a novice non-technical user which is the bucket most content writers belong to. Love the simplicity of building outline for my content writing. Simple workflow: Keyword -> Topic Report -> Content Brief -> Content Writing -> Publish. Integrated Content planner capabilities. Unlimited user seats no matter the plan.
I was checking other tools in the competition and it is heating up. I would love to see NLG (Natural Language Generation) feature which would really help speed up my content creation workflow. I would love to see more SEO data on seed keyword which could help me better optimize on my target audience.

I've used Contentpace to produce more than 200 writing briefs. It is easy to use, very good value from money, and I use it as a starting point for nearly every blog post and web page I write.
I like Contentpace because it is affordable, has a lifetime plan, and makes creating outlines and writing briefs super simple. I can use Contentpace to go from knowing my keyword to having a full content brief in less than ten minutes every time.
I'd like more features in the Content Editor. A GDoc plugin would be a great start.

We use this primarily to audit content from newly written copy, live URLs, or even just auditing a specific key term to identify a solid content brief. This tool is amazing and provides the support needed to push out solid pieces of content. Very easy to use and understand. This is a must have software for anyone doing asset development.
Sometimes the content brief editor is buggy, but is far superior to alternatives and so we make use of it.

This tool will pull the essential metrics from your competitors all on one screen to help you do your contact research and decide what you need to write to beat your competition.
How this tool displays information can be improved. Since it pulls a lot of competitor data, it can be hard to see everything in a very organized way. Sometimes you have so much to digest that you get confused as you go through your contact research.

Many tools will help you optimize your existing content, but none do it as cleanly and helpfully as ContentPace. Of course, it does this well for new content, but if you have tried other tools to optimize existing content, you will experience the breath of relief waiting for you with ContentPace.
Establishing a workflow (using the Content Planner) could be more intuitive or obvious. I want to use it, but I don't easily see how to integrate what I've been doing to use this.

PostPace allows writers to research good content topics to write articles or blogs based on particular keywords, and subsequently enables these produced contents to rank highest in the Google Search Results Page (SERP) by utilizing its built-in Natural Language Processing (NLP) features to analyze and outrank the top 15-20 similar contents from your competitors.
Nothing because PostPace really excels in doing what it does best - allowing you to outrank your competitors' in Google SERP!

My overall experience with Contentpace has been great so far. I'm very hopeful for the company's future as the tool matures. I'm crossing my fingers because I don't want them to be caught up in the AI content writer side of things. There are a lot of content writers out but not too many affordable tools for research.
From the start, I really loved being able to produce in-depth reports that do more than search the top 10. We tend to get caught up with the main search results when doing research and forget that not everything ranks #1. Contentpace saves a ton of time by going out and gathering that data in one place for me.I haven't come across a tool that helps me outline a topic like Contentpace does. I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves over time with new possible features to streamline the production experience. Contentpace definitely gets a thumbs up from me.
The biggest con for me is not having a way to access the information outside of the tool. A browser extension or maybe a CMS plugin would help with that. I'm not going to nitpick because I still need to dig deeper into Contentpace overall. I just feel like this may be something others might have voiced and would allow them to become a leader in this area.

I am really amazed! Saving a lot of my team's time and my time, too, you gotta love it for that :-) Have been using this app (almost) daily, together with my team. I liked Postpace very much, although I have some remarks on the Content brief's editor - it still needs some "love", but I am sure it will get there/will be improved, to be easier to use and more flexible. ❤️
It is very simple for using, it is producing great and relevant data that we can use in our brief, and it is very fast.
Content brief's editor - it still needs some improvements so it can be easier to use

I've been wowed by this software from the start. It delivered on every promise. New stuff keeps coming. The [sensitive content hidden] communicate the information I want to know. It's been great.
Contentpace shaves HOURS off my research for creating content strategy and copy while keeping me focused on the SEO I promise my clients.
The creative side of my brain doesn't like the restraint of limits, but I've never come close to hitting the limit on reports so the "con" is more conceptual than real.

I use it a lot. It really helps.
It is simple and does the best job it does. Helps you create SEO outlines.
The development is pretty slow. I would like the developer to deliver small but faster updates to the tool. Other thing that I don't like it that the SERP document previews loads SUPER slow.

PostPace started with a promise to make your content research and briefs really easy and it does a great job at that. The newer additions seem like an after-thoughts and needs an overhaul.
-Ease of use -Focus on core features -Passionate founder -Frequent development
-Content optimizer is too basic -SEO tool can get better

Quite satisfied with my purchase
I have been using all kinds of tools from SEMRUSH to SURFER SEO and Contentpace is a breath of fresh air. Pulling up Top 50n search results against a keyword is super easy and I love to use the software due to ease of use and reasonable pricing.
number of images in the articles appeared incorrectly some time.

This software has been a huge time saver. It means that I can take on some projects that might not have otherwise been profitable. It frees up time for pitching and networking. New client lead generation.
After selecting a keyword to target the SERP research time has been cut by 80% at least.
It has trouble scraping word counts on some websites depending on how they are formatted.

Postpace makes it easier to quickly research and build outlines for blog posts. It doesn't help with much else, though, versus other SEO tools.
I like the quick, automated outline builder for content briefs.
Topic reports contain valuable information, but navigating the report is a pain. URLs used to build the report should be fully searchable and there should be an easy way to take notes or organize information right inside the platform.
