CK allows me to tag my subscribers so easily which then allows me to send customized content to each set of subscribers.

The structures aren't as responsive as they claim; things appear fantastic on their page and then on view, but when distributed, you have to tinker with them to get them to work. Once you've subscribed, all their emails arrive in your spams (in gmail), that's always a good sign...2/ As with most autoresponder, they insert their logo in the footer unless you pay for the option to remove it. But with Firedrum, if you don't pay for the option, it's the ENTIRE footer that you have to accept.
