It can be quite annoying when you have to update something small but in multiple email templates/forms and you have to open one at a time, rather than opening them all in their individual tabs nice and quickly.

Data management features seem solid and cover most of what we need, although we are still exploring the platform and expect it will take a bit more time to fully understand and optimize how everything works for our use case.​

Not being able to open things like email templates and forms in a new tab quickly and efficiently would be my biggest con.  

The interface and data management tools do the job, but they are not always as intuitive or streamlined as they could be, so it sometimes takes extra clicks and trial-and-error to find or configure what is needed.

There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates.

There is still a bit of a learning curve with the interface and data management, but once the basics are set up, it works reliably for day-to-day outreach and follow-ups.​

The affordability is also a big advantage, especially for small businesses or startups looking for a cost-effective solution.
