When I post videos, their quality goes somehow low and if I want to promote them directy from IG, I’m not able.

Every day I receive an alert that a new computer has logged in to our instagram account, if Hopper HQ could use a single server or computer for an individual client, I would have one less email a day to read, make sure the time corresponds to our scheduled post time, and delete.

Great, I like it, mainly to batch content.

Hopper is one of the only schedulers for instagram that you can use for non-commercial accounts (when I signed up, it was the only one I could find, and it may still be).

We have lots of glossy, magazine ready photos from our project but they sometime need a tweak here and there for the different social media channels so the editor is perfect.

The utmost, is the ability to take a couple hours to schedule three months in advance for not only Facebook, but also Instagram.

What I would like to see implemented are longer videos.  

It was dramatically reduced the amount of time we spend on updating our social media pages and I highly recommend this software - especially to small retail businesses.

I also enjoy the ability to post from my desktop instead of my phone.

If you need to be in front of your clients on multiple platforms, look no further.

Nothing I do not like so far. If there is any way to stop the failed posts ( I know this is most likely instagram).

A little expensive for one person entrepreneurship, the statistics could be more specific.

We like their ease of access to customer service and we find that anytime we have an issue, our Thryv Rep is quick to address it and Thryv is quick to fix it or ease our mind.  

I’ve used it to manage customer bookings for private styling appointments, gather reviews and follow up with shoppers all from the dashboard.
