A central hub to monitor all marketing actions. From website content, blogs and social media to each individual inbound marketing campaign.
The modules! The way website pages are modular and can be adjusted by a WSYIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor is absolutely essential for non-technical marketing employees. Websites can still be coded from the ground up within HubSpot but it isn't necessary. There are hundreds of complete themes to edit to your liking. The marketing tools are excellent, keep track of the funnel and each individual campaign within HubSpot directly.
Some website features are a little limited, for example the "preview" screen isn't always accurate and being able to embed complex javascript elements can be a little bit of a challenge.

Ease of campaign and sales leads management by integrating all sales and marketing activities.
I liked the simplicity for the entities managed and the available customization for the interfaces used during the processes. The ease of use and integration with gmail is a big win.
I find the notifications a bit hard to manage and update since the marking of completed tasks is sometimes too manual.

Very positive - I called customer service with help on a campaign workflow and he took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish and helped me set up exactly what I needed. I love being able to utilize Hubspot Academy and also find tons of value in the marketing blog articles I get in my inbox every morning. I would recommend this product to any marketing professional who not only realizes the immense benefits of inbound marketing, but also wants a supportive resource to help guide you in best practices across all your marketing efforts.
I like using Hubspot because it's pretty user-friendly, and it's fairly simple to create emails and landing pages. What I find most valuable are all the tools and resources Hubspot provides its users. I'm always learning something new from their daily emails, and I can usually apply these tips and tricks right away to whatever project I'm working on.
The email builder is not quite as intuitive or robust as platforms like Campaign Monitor, so that was a bit of an adjustment aesthetically. But I really like the landing page templates and find those a bit easier to use. I wish some of the modules available on the landing pages were available in the email builder as well.

I've used HubSpot since 2012, in two different jobs, for my personal website and for freelance clients. I've used the basic, professional and enterprise editions of the software, and have taken advantage of all tools within the system. HubSpot makes it easy for marketers to manage every aspect of their campaigns in one place - from CTAs to emails, landing pages to blogging and reporting - and their customer service can't be beat. I would recommend HubSpot to small, medium and large companies
Excellent support team, easy-to-understand interface, love the new CRM and reporting add-on. When I started using the software in 2012 I had no idea how to blog...the keyword tool and blogging suggestions helped us get to a #1 spot on Google for our industry and location within six months, and generate enough inbound leads to pay my salary within 7. Can't say enough good things about HubSpot!
The inability to edit campaign names is frustrating.

Excellent experience so far. Looking for their campaign management upgrade.
We used the software extensive in setting up our marketing function. This is easy to set up and supports large teams at effective cost because it is not in pay per user model. Anybody can use this as it user friendly and requires basic training of where the options are. Business metrics helped us focus on channels that are working and retrospect why certain channels that are not working
Campaign management fails to record the budget and reports on that front.

HubSpot can integrate with just about any other tool.
With Hubspot, not only can you set up these marketing activities, you can set up specific campaigns and assign updates to a campaign. For example, you can assign specific emails or social media updates to a campaign so that you can view all the activities associated with a particular campaign.
HubSpot does charge an onboarding fee ranging depending on which plan you go with. While there is value in having a HubSpot rep help get you started, it's an expense that many businesses don't plan for upfront.

Hubspot provides one of the best all in one inbound marketing saas in the business. In fact, the term was created by their founder :). We love Hubspot for blogging, landing pages, email automation, lead management, and full fledge campaign management.
Hubspot comes at a hefty price. In the market we are seeing others rising in the ranks with a similar but not quite the same offering. We recommend if you have the budget go with Hubspot.

The software is always evolving, adding new items that help marketers better execute their jobs and improve results.
The pricing structure can sometimes be rigid for some situations since most all of it depends on the contact database size.

This software has giving us a very great experience in managing and analyzing our marketing campaign, and all of our marketing emails has been automation with this software. CRM platform gave us solution for our customer issue and handle it within the given time frame.
Managing and viewing insight for our marketing campaign performance from various platform like google advertisement and Facebook advertisement. All of our marketing campaign data are combined on this single software which help us to analyze the campaign effectiveness and progress. The landing page template help me to design a lot better landing page.
The learning curves with HubSpot Marketing Hub is quite high, and a hand-on training is a must for our marketing team to fully grasp all the capabilities that this software can offer. There are still lacks of option that comes with the landing page builder, our web developer will be more happy if they could upgrade this feature.

I like using HubSpot as it is a great place to store all our information
Having everything in one place and when I need help you are very responsive.
Some restrictions with reporting and adding things to the dashboards e.g. can't add specific campaign metrics (impressions, likes, performance by ad) and you can't track conversions from LinkedIn carousels (I know this is a supplier side issue but still a bit frustrating)

Email automation, follow-ups and lead reactivation, more visually appealing campaigns, better campaign tracking.
I used Hubspot CRM for a long time but never dealt much with the marketing side. I was sending loads of manual emails and struggling to keep up with the workload. Hubspot Marketing Automation has made life so much easier. The workflows we've set up handle so much of our previously manual work. There's a lot of features and functionality to set up really great campaigns.
There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's still easier to use than other similar providers. If there is a small mistake in your workflow, it can lead to some errors and misappropriated emails. But, they do offer testing options.

It was a good platform for email marketing, but wasn't a CRM solution.
I like how easy it was to set up email automation campaigns. We had a custom template and I thought Campaign Monitor worked pretty well with it. Organizing and segmenting our lists was also a breeze.
The main reason we left and switched to Hubspot was because Hubspot was an all-in-one CRM tool that connected to many of our other programs that we use.

They have some great features within their system like social sharing buttons in campaigns, an easy to use point-and-click editor, and nice analytics.

If you're looking for an email-only program - i.e. only to create and send emails, and look at email stats - this is fine. But if you're in the market for a true email marketing platform that you use in conjunction with the rest of your marketing tools AND want to view how emails play a part in the customers' journey, then this isn't the platform for you. I'd recommend looking into Hubspot (or something similar), which acts as both a CRM, website, and email tool.
The ease of use is by far the best thing about Campaign Monitor. No background in coding or HTML? No problem! This platform lets you create visually-appealing emails with only a few clicks of a button. Looking at the email stats was very simple too. Overall it's a good, simple platform to meet your small business needs.
The fact that Campaign Monitor lives outside our system. We had been looking for a simple email marketing tool - which this was. But when we were ready to make the jump into a more robust platform (one that seamlessly integrated with our CRM), it wasn't possible. Plus, not being able to marry together the email insights into our customer actions/deals/leads was a big hindrance.

Campaign Monitor allowed us to send our monthly newsletter with ease. This brought in an abundance of new business for the company and helped to grow revenue.
Campaign Monitor is simple to use and allows any business to run marketing campaigns to their audiences. The drag and drop builder is excellent.
Campaign Monitor doesn't have a CRM, so you'll need to import your lists for every send or integrate with a something like Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.

The agency we work with offered to use this software and we agreed, despite the fact that we use another similar solution. I like the analytics and clear interface.
Out of the box there are less integrations than of competitor. Interface is a bit les intuitive.

Campaign Monitor allows us to create email marketing templates, manage our subscriber lists, and send out our email communications to our customers and also analyze their interest in our content.
I have used many email marketing platforms and Campaign Monitor is above all the best and most functional. It is very easy to use and my emails look very professional.
There isn't anything I dislike about Campaign Monitor. It's truly the most functional email marketing software available.

The overall experience has been great. We can not create better marketing campaigns to our readers and check what kind of content is the most interesting for them. This will help us publish in our magazines/newsletters content that is really appealing to our audience. The support team is also very friendly and quick!
