Needed to move beyond Mailchimp to a more robust, true Marketing Automation platform but without a long-term commitment and absurdly high implementation cost.
The UX is much cleaner than any Salesforce or Marketo or Constant Contact product. Always improvements and new features, great chat support and ticket system.
Downside to new features is they add them constantly vs. in timed releases like say the Salesforce platform, so you feel like you always need to learn something new even when you've used the platform for a number of years.

Overall, I have a positive impression of working with Hubspot: it meets the needs of my company. I like it better than some competing products like Constant Contact.
I've used HubSpot to create landing pages, pop-up forms, surveys, and email marketing, and I have to say it's a pretty comprehensive and multi-functional platform. I liked its WYSIWYG editor, with its help you can easily create beautiful landing pages and emails. The analytics on the delivered emails are quite detailed. I recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a versatile digital marketing platform.
A big problem for me is that the landing page and email editor automatically compresses images, reducing their quality significantly. As a result, some images appear blurry. To be fair, it's not just Hubspot that I've noticed this. Beyond that, Hubspot is pretty hard to master, especially audience segmentation, but Hubspot has a lot of tutorials.

I've been using hubspot since 2009. Amazing product. They don't sell software, they create better marketers. If you're not using hubspot, I kinda feel bad for you.

The software is amazing - always updating with new features, the support is second-to-none and it has really helped me to turn my department around and add REAL VALUE to the business.
Constant updates - great community and great support team
Although it is very much worth the money, it does cost a lot - and justifying it to the board can be difficult if they do not have 100% faith in your decision/ recommendations.

We love hubspot sales - it is a great extension of the core product and has allowed my team and I to increase outbound prospecting by 40%
Clean and simple to use. Quick and constant updates.
No native linkedin tool so we use Linkedin-HubSpot connector which is an additional cost. Not the best look since we are already buying for their tool.

Not only is it easy to use, it also makes my job much easier. If I ever have a question and can't find the answer in their extensive resource center, I'm always greeted with a quick and informative reply from HubSpot's customer support. I'm a genuine fan of the application and love that HubSpot is always improving their features and processes.

HubSpot has completely taken my agency to another level. We started as a social media marketing firm almost three years ago and in the last year we have completely changed our course and become a full inbound marketing agency. We were doing a lot more than just social media after the first six months in business, but HubSpot took our offerings to a new level.

It's the best digital marketing tool for all Professional Brands that comprises all necessary tools all on the same platform. They also allow us to Optimize our content on Search Engines Platforms. Hubspot gives any company the feature to access their software along with paid versions for better features and security. Hubspot also provides customers with a 7-day free trial which allows the customer to learn about how their software will help their Digital Marketing Services.

Great overview of metrics and contact organization.
It has helped our organization get a better handle on SEO and google analytics and streamline our contacts.
When adding a chat feature to our site the chat functions are limited i.e. no ability to add images or files during chat. I wish it was a little more user friendly.

As we are a University, we need to make constant contact with our students and with students who are interested in studying at our Institution. The tool has totally changed how we communicate with them, e-mails for example became smarter, now we can understand opening rates, read time and which CTAs have attracted the most attention and were most clicked. We optimize our time and understand what kind of content is most interesting to our target audience.
We are located in Brazil and, so far, the charges made by HubSpot are all in US dollars. This is tricky for us as the exchange rate changes daily and it is difficult to predict exactly how much we will have to pay in contract renewals.

I've been using HubSpot for almost 4 years now and I love it! It's a true all-in-one platform that lets you execute on almost all of your marketing tasks (social, email, blogging, contact segmentation, etc) and analyze them in practically real-time. I love being able to do everything from one place and the team is regularly making updates and adding new features, so it can only get even better!

The chat boxes with customer support is incredible. Whenever I have a problem, they are quick to dig deeper and help me solve the issue. I have learned a lot thanks to HubSpot Academy and been able to improve the quality and contact to our leads. The workflows make life much easier and has saved lots of time. Once you have a fixed template, whether it be landing pages or emails, you can keep a consistent branding presence. Design Manager is difficult at first to use, and expensive if you do not have an in house design expert with CSS and design coding.

I appreciated how cheap it is to use Constant Contact. That was the main draw in moving to Constant Contact, away from HubSpot, for email marketing. Unfortunately, their email templates simply aren't as strong, sharp, or easy to customize. We ended up returning to HubSpot after a short period of time. This is probably a great platform for a company that is just starting out though!
Their email templates are a bit dated, they are not as easy to customize or re-format.

Overall Constant Contacts is phenomenal! It has been the hub of our communications with our team, volunteers, and community. We use it for newsletters, drip campaigns, marketing, and more. People are always so impressed with how beautiful our emails are laid out. It is easy to learn and use. And overall has helped our business grow!
I love the beautiful layout options. The easy to use and design drag and drop. Ability to add your own images and videos. But most of all the analytics are amazing! They are comprehensive and allow me to download spreadsheets which is so helpful!
I wish there could be more contacts per pricing tier.

Easy to use email marketing platform with a professional looking interface and excellent reporting features.
Constant Contact is one of the best email marketing platforms because it offers a variety of built-in templates. It even indicates which templates will display correctly on mobile devices. The templates are easy to customize in Constant Contacts editor. Creating, uploading, and managing contact lists is also very simple. The contact manager allows you to assign tags to contacts to track how they signed up for your email list, how long they have been a subscriber, etc.
If you are looking for an email marketing platform that offers marketing automation, pass on constant contact. It does offer a basic automation for the first few interactions with customers but, does not allow you to adjust your marketing to your customer's specific actions.
