To manage the customer email list and sending events mail automatically.
The email marketing make easy with it. Rather than writing email and managing the customer list and events it is best way to manage all these things.
The user interface for scheduling email need to be more easy and need predefined option for scheduling email.

Excellent! I have used Mailchimp for years for all my email marketing.
I like the way I can replicate previous campaigns and tweek them into a new email campaign. This one trick saves me a lot of time when putting together our email campaigns.
The scheduling ability was removed from free accounts.

MailChimp is very user friendly if the person is English literate.
They use geo-tracking,google analytics ,social media and they never shy away from most of the features they offer in their free plan. They also allow around 10,000 mails for every two thousand of our subscriber mails.
They have to cut down on the scheduling feature in their free plan .

I switched to Mailchimp from another email software that I had used for years. The reason for the switch was an increase in price and a complete change in the email builder that made it less user friendly. I had used Mailchimp before and given our needs and the ability for anyone to use it, it made sense for us. If you need an email software that is easy to set-up and helps you look like you know what you are doing in terms of marketing, I highly reccommend Mailchimp.
Ease of Use, Cost Effective, Scheduling ability
Limited in how you can format emails, for someone with graphic design experience, it would be nice to have a little more control over how content is arranged.

Very much enjoyed using the tool. Would recommend to any small business owner.
Initial setup was incredibly easy because the design of the platform is very intuitive. A beginner in email marketing would have no issues getting started in just minutes.
Not many cons. Scheduling might have been the trickiest part....but even that was no problem.

As a small business it's important for us to send out personalized messages at a time when it's best for our readers. Mailchimp provided us a way to send messages to the relevant audience when we needed to.
Cost, list management, scheduling, administration, and analytics
The interface can be confusing. Removing duplicates was cumbersome at times.

I am reaching 160 patrons weekly with scheduling and news.
Mailchimp offers a free service that is exceptional. Track and communicate with your clients with creative use of templates and styles.
I am happy with this software. There was the typical learning curve which had to be conquered, but other than that I am happy.

High user friendly in nature which means easy to use, cheapest cost with enhanced features which is outstanding stuff and email templates availability is good.
Appointment scheduling is not so great, less consistency in acheiving the target and customized email templates are not sufficient.

We have used Mailchimp to publish company newsletters, advertise limited promotions, and even to give a Birthday coupon to a list of subscribers.
Mailchimp has made it easy to contact, follow up with, and provide sales and marketing information to our customers.
The mobile version of Mailchimp is not wonderful for editing campaigns, but does provide great access and scheduling abilities.

I love Mailchimp - prefer it over Constant Contact!
I love that I can hang a template with Mailchimp and then copy the email each time and make simple copy and photo changes. It saves a lot of time!
I had some trouble initially with scheduling and working with different time zones but customer support was so helpful!

We have emails that need to go out at specific times to different email lists and mail chimp makes it so easy to schedule them and be done with it. I love that the templates are so easy to work with to build a custom email design based on what you need.
I wish you could select time zone when scheduling an email. Our business is based in central, but we need to send emails to lists for different states. So when we are scheduling, we need to check the time zone for each state and adjust the time accordingly.

It is easy to use and great for scheduling but glitches need fixing.
It is a great way to schedule numerous social posts in advance.
It is very glitchy at times, not always adding what you put in as you put it in. You may need to start over which can be a bother.

The free version allows for the basic sending of campaigns, as long as you have 2,000 or fewer contacts in the database. The email composing tool is easy to use.
Disappointed that recently they have made some features part of the paid package - specifically scheduling emails and adding admins to an account.

Having spent three weeks trying a number of alternatives, I settled on using Accuity following an effortless set up process and finding that it performs very well against all of my tests.
Acuity was super easy to set up and integrate into my sales page. I did extensive testing against a number of competing products and Acuity was by far the best solution for my requirements
I would have liked an easy way to integrate with Hubspot and/or MailChimp
