This software allows for beautiful HTML creation and delivery via a very user-friendly interface. Its loaded with tons of features that make emails look very professional, and the design tools are limitless. I wouldn't be able to do the communication portion of my job without MailChimp.

I use Mailchimp already for as long as I can remember. I tried several others, but nothing matched the ease of use from Mailchimp. However despite their market leading position, I still believe their is a lot they can do to improve.

I've been using Mailchimp for over five years and have used several other products. I typically recommend Mailchimp to users that are looking for an email service. It's clean, and easy to understand how to use the service. I really like the user interface.

I've used MailChimp for a couple of years and so far have not had to pay, as I'm sending out a relatively low volume of emails. MailChimp is easy to use as soon as you sign up. Everything is pretty self explanatory and the UI is very well designed. You can easily design beautiful email templates without coding knowledge (but you have the option to code your own with HTML if you wish). Like I say, I haven't yet had to send out hundreds of thousands of emails, but for my small mailing list of just over 1000 subscribers, it has been a life saver.

Overall, MailChimp is a decent product that has a few issues.

Staying in touch with my clients is important to me so I send out an email newsletter 4x per year. All about tips and techniques they can try out at home. Generall wellness, etc. My clients enjoy it immensely, and it has helped me build my client list. The tool itself is very easy to figure out, and I was even able to get a pretty decent design going. And of course, who wouldn't love that monkey?
MailChimp in a way saved our business, with mail chimp we can now be in continuous touch with our customers without the fear of losing out to them
I have tried out different freemium cloud apps already but many times it gets complicated if you want to use it for the business. With MailChimp the freemium version is enough for a small business and the available features are just amazing. I especially like the report function: It gives an exact overview on where and how many people clicked, geographical details, bounces, unsubsribers and the reason for unsubscribing, etc..)
