We love to send newsletters as often as we can to our clients and interested individuals, keeping them up to date on what's available as a benefit to them and their business(es). So, with MailChimp, this is easy as pie! Since we don't have a huge list, and we don't send frequently, the free plan is just what we need. Being busy can't be the reason that I don't spread the word, so MailChimp allows my company to schedule newsletters days in advance and not have to worry about sending on time. The templates are awesome if you're just starting out, but if you have some developer skills you want to test out, they have a blank template for you to use your own coding and pizzazz.

In our startup we use Mailchimp for newsletters and for spreading the word about our job vacancies. I can tell for sure that Mailchimp is a simple, easy to use but yet a powerful tool. It is extremely easy to import your lists in no time, to create your content as you can use among a variety of great templates for your newsletter. Either you know about HTML coding or not your newsletter can be great and rather interactive. Also we loved the insights offered by the platform such as the opens, clicks etc and can be useful on developing the content of your newsletters in the future.

We have used MailChimp for many years to handle dog show announcements, pool membership mailings, and homeowner communications. The ability to create customized URLs makes customer form entry a breeze.

So far, as Mailchimp has been my first (and only) e-mail marketing software, and it has done most of what I've needed it to do. I can build my lists with the links and tools, import existing lists, and create and save some great templates. I've also used it for another organization and have seen the customer service being very responsive. The downside is, I heard about the program from people who had already been grandfathered into a lot of really useful free features, without having a paid account. So upon joining, I was a bit disappointed that the free option doesn't really have anything beyond building a list and providing templates. The upgrade isn't too expensive, but all of the program monthly fees do start to add up!

I've been using Mailchimp both personally and professionally for over 2 years. Extremely simple and easy to use. Just enough features to do what you need to do. I recommend it for folks who doing things as basic as moving on to not just bcc'ing a group of people to more complex automation. The price is right so no fear of just trying it out to see if it will work for you.

We've experimented with quite a few of the email newsletter tools out there (ConstantContact, MyEmma, etc.) and have been very happy with MailChimp. We're on a basic paid version, which allows us to set up automated email campaigns and integrate with other tools like Hubspot. The reporting is clear, and we've been able to easily create and manage templates that we use weekly. The list management is quite easy too - you can import from anywhere, and the lists are organized in an intuitive way. Anytime someone asks about an email newsletter platform, we always recommend Mailchimp with no hesitation knowing that it is the best one out there and is continually getting better with their fast product updates.

I´ve been using MailChimp for the last 2 years for small campaigns (less than 2K contacts). I think it is very consistent and easy-to-use. It offers interesting features in terms of reporting and scheduling. I certainly recommend MailChimp.

I suggest MailChimp to all of my clients for their newsletter needs. Not only is MailChimp a powerful software for sharing the word about your business, it's an easy to use service as well. Email templates are available, but you are free to make your own if you'd rather. RSS Feed information, photos, and clickable buttons are all easily added to make your newsletters catch the attention of your customers. When I've needed answers to questions, the question database and customer support team have been excellent. You can also start with a free account that I find meets most company's needs until their customer list begins to grow.
