Overall experience with the tool is very good, it was helpful in all aspects I needed. Of course, a free plan always has limitations, but the paid plan also presented some points that in my work model were essential. But it is still an extraordinary and well-recognized tool. I know a lot of people who use it and don't give up. I still recommend it to many entrepreneurs who are starting out in online sales. Mailchimp is worth it. If you need, make a quote and call the service and you will be very well attended.
MailChimp appeared to me by chance, And I chose to use it for my work. A great option for those just starting out or for small, medium or large companies that need to automate contact with their customers. Pluses: It's totally intuitive and has a top-notch layout. It caught my attention when I created some Landing Pages and came across several models. Totally free. Totally accurate and timely...
It really is great marketing software though, even there is automation, The features are basic; tool all in English and it is not possible to create landing pages optimized for a higher return. You don't have the ability to manage a sales funnel, just trigger a broadcast if you need to send an offer. However, it is still useful for any service or company.

My overall experience with MailChimp has been decently well. I would love to see them get back to being able to schedule emails in the Free plan given there are a number of individuals that are just looking to test a software before purchasing. Other than that, it's delivered consistently on what I've needed it for.
What I like most about Mailchimp is the fact that they give users an opportunity to test-drive the platform before committing to it all the way. This is done via the Free plan which offers you access to most of the tools available and this does include their landing page builder and the built-in survey maker. I chose Mailchimp because I have a low volume of clients which means the pay-as-you-go option has been perfect for my business.
The main thing I like the least about MailChimp is the fact that there is no email scheduling on the Free plan. This was something the platform included in this plan before but given it's recent removable it makes it far less desirable and on top of that you'll only have access to support for the first 30 Days.

Have used this platform for years and have always been happy with the functionality, price and support for small to medium size campaigns.
I use different email marketing platforms for different clients and I think this is great for entry-level email marketing. Easy to use and they add new functionality all the time. Very well-priced for what you get.
My only issue has been the gdpr issues regarding the fact that the data is stored in the US and different rules apply. That said as long as you ensure you include these details in your PP etc. this is managable.

We've been very happy with Mailchimp so far. We use it to send our regular marketing emails to our subscribers and partners. It literally takes minutes to upload and set up your contact lists, and you can create most types of emails pretty quickly with the email builder. All in all, it's definitetly one of, if not the best email tools out there
I like how easy it was to sync with our CRM and data tools. Compared to a couple other email marketing tools I've set up in the past, it took way less time to set up Mailchimp with our other tools thanks to the native integrations
We'd like to explore the other solutions they offer but the large jump in price has prevented us from doing so so far.

This is a great CRM because you can easily manage contacts once they are in (search, filter, sort, assign, tag). But what is great about this CRM is the many integrations. You can integrate this platform with many websites and other products to seamlessly run your business with all of your existing tools/resources. Tracking is top tier on Mailchimp which aids with revamping when necessary
I'm not using Mailchimp to it fullest capabilities, but I would say that the email campaign search feature could be improved by being able to search for campaigns from years past by typing them in, and not just finding them on the calendar. Additionally, if I was able to send a campaign to an email recipient as a one off more easily, that would help
