Mailchimp is the main software our company uses and I'll continue to work with it. It has a very time efficient workspace and for its name, doesn't monkey around too much.

Mailchimp shows me who opened my newsletter and who followed up the links. Thanks to a schedule function i can send a series of well-tuned emails in defined time gaps.  Many more functions are available as well as the merging with other tools for online marketing.

Great For Small Business Owners

G Suite allowed us to hand the backend server management off to Google. It also allowed us to streamline collaboration and file sharing between remote employees as well as with customers. The built in spam filtering is really good as is the simple csv download/upload of user lists and contacts.

I like the ease of use of this software and how you send 2000 emails for free before you transfer to a paid membership. They are a great company and have been in business for years.
