Pros

This software is great for social media, has advanced features with it and allows you to have a free trial with it. The email campaign is very straight forward and easy to use.
Mailchimp is the best, I have learned about their features, and they are perfect especially for a beginning business or business with a small following. They make it really easy for you to use.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.

Pros

I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.

Cons

I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.

Cons

We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.

Comprehensive Toolbox

I use many of the tools available heavily. I use multiple Gmail accounts for me and my employees as well as Google Calendar, Google Voice, Google Search, Google Drive, and Mailchimp.

Pros

The amount of different products available through the suite.

Cons

Sometimes, functionality can be confusing and not a lot of resources for support or training.

Google Workspace

Thankfully we moved from Exchange

G Suite allowed us to hand the backend server management off to Google. It also allowed us to streamline collaboration and file sharing between remote employees as well as with customers. The built in spam filtering is really good as is the simple csv download/upload of user lists and contacts.

Pros

After years of dealing with Exchange servers, Outlook pst files, etc... moving to G Suite made me feel as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The Admin interface is as simple as you want it to be but with the ability to drill down to extreme details. Advanced routing, 2FA, data retention, white/black listing, etc... is all built right in. Need some specific feature such as MailChimp integration
