The pricing jumps very quickly, especially compared to competitors. When integrated your entire contact list comes across, which is great, however, some of ours we do not email, so we pay for them to be there for no purpose.

I found it to be quite frustrating when I needed immediate help, since customer support is primarily via email for Standard plans, with phone support reserved for higher-paying tiers.
