All our global brand assets are kept with MediaValet for use across more than 30+ markets around the world. It’s the best asset library that I’ve ever worked with, easily accessible via keywords, languages and file types.

Seriously there isn’t anything I don’t like about the software. It works for what I require it for:-)

A solution that makes photos and videos easy to find, as long as you have it organized with folders structure. Allows you to watch videos before download them

Just invest some time to get familiar, it won't take that much until you get full control and knowledge of its capabilities

We have historically stored all of our images on Google Drive and recently moved everything over to Media Valet so it is hard to say just one thing that I like the most. The most valuable feature is that we now have a single source of truth for all of our images rather than several versions stored across several folders. When we share images with media or other users, we can share them in a format of their specification without duplicating or editing the original image. It is simply amazing.

I was pretty excited about the potential to use the branded portals but discovered that they are fairly inflexible. You can not include descriptions for the images in the gallery view and can not create any dynamic sections. I was optimistic that we would be able to use this feature to showcase galleries of images but it will not work for us for that use.

MediaValet is one of my favorite tools when it comes to sharing marketing content.

The UI of MediaValet is good and simple, yet it can be difficult for new users to get started with.

I like the software becuase is very secure and reliable also the software has good quality also is user is very friendly

I dont like because is a little bit expensive for the moment works fine, the price is very high the one problem.

We evaluated multiple cloud-based SaaS DAM solutions and in the end they're all pretty comparable. However, MediaValet's willingness to work with our unique needs and specific, pressing timelines shone through. The journey to full onboarding isn't 100% complete (the rest is on us), but their patience, guidance and thoughtful contribution makes them feel more like a partner and less like a commodity vendor. Additionally, they've made some light configurations that felt very bespoke, and even now, months in, we have a weekly touch base call to ensure any questions are answered, and potential workflow efficiencies or features can be leveraged.

The service interface feels slightly antiquated. Perhaps due for a UX rethink soon, as their consistent roadmap of features is rolled out.

Knowing our images are secure, searchable, and easily accessible from anywhere in the world. Plus, MediaValet's customer service is excellent and their team was incredibly helpful and supportive during the transfer of our files into the Digital Asset Management system.

Certain tweaks for easier usability will be helpful. Looking forward to an option to easily share a public lightbox link rather than sending to each unregistered user directly via email.

It's ease of use and the support I get for the supplier.

I would like to be able to size the thumbnails in the browser.

MediaValet has a very good search and overall interface for finding your assets, version control is a real bonus.

We are used to some fairly simple collaboration features like mentions that would be a great addition to the platform otherwise comments just get lost and forgotten about. Ability to visually crop / resize assets before downloading the rendition would help the more non technical users in the team otherwise they need to have Adobe installed then download the original and then export the asset. You can set the dimensions on export which is great but there is no option to lock the aspect ratio which takes away from the experiance for less technical team members.

user friendly, and i can customize my folders to view the art i need

it is not wacom friendly so it means i have to keep switching to a mouse

Everything you need for logos, images and videos are all in one place

It is difficult to print a report

MediaValet is easy to use and provides nearly immediate access to images rather than having to wait a day or more for other image databases to send files.

There are no drawbacks to the software that I have experienced.

Improved management videos, photos and other collateral and visual assets.

I can't really think of anything I don't like about MediaValet.

* Uploading as a vendor can be confusing and frustrating * Uploading server often fails or crashes when working with larger files * "Error" or "Still Processing" screens are common with upload of larger files * The organization of uploaded files is not intuitive

How organized you can be with your assets. It easy to use and the customer support team is absolutely amazing !

I wish there were some more features that can be added. There are some still recurring issues when viewing assets, but for the most part, they work well.

Mediavalet's easy-to-use interface makes it very easy to organize and navigate from thousands of media files, from file sharing to video imbedding the tools are simple and intuitive even for novice users.

Options for sharing files and other tools seem to be limited, file sharing expiration date was having issues (i.e. linked shared with no expiration date, ends up expired sometime later)

The negotiation and onboarding process was done in a very cooperative manner, and they were very good at dealing with some very tight timelines for the initial setup! As well, we had an abnormal ask for a particular project that they were not expecting but worked with us to develop a solution for. Since then, they have worked with us and our security teams to ensure the experience not only uncompromisingly delivers their core functionality, but also meets our security team's needs.

The interface feels sturdy and works well, but doesn't feel overly "cutting edge". All-in-all not a game changer, but sometimes a dated UI/Design can introduce unintentional barriers to adoption or advocacy.

Nicely organized, you can easily find whatever you are looking for. Browsing images is fun and easy, nicely presented

We do not have anything negative to say about this software it is very friendly user. I highly recommend it.

MediaValet has a well-rounded framework for familiarizing users with digital assets, beginning with their onboarding process, during which users are encouraged to metatag their assets three different ways: categories, attributes, and keywords. Adding these tags allows users to easily search for assets as well as simplifies folder and file naming conventions.

MediaValet is intuitive and easy to use. Sometimes minor bugs occur, like saved changes do not appear right away and buttons malfunction, but MediaValet’s support team has been super helpful with following up on those issues.

MediaValet is super - it allows us to easily organize our digital assets, marketing content and media in one location. It saves us time as it allows us to provide easy access to our DAM

Cost is a bit of a hindrance - but not certainly enough of one to cause us to look elsewhere. I think the ability for collaboration overrides this con, but it is pricey.
