Pros
Outstanding customer services, very insightful and friendly like having an experienced PPC team on my side. The platform is a delight to use and super intuitive, and satisfying.
Simply put, it's been a great addition to our toolbox. We use it in conjunction with the Google Ads platform and often find the optimization suggestions more helpful and more honest.
Awesome support and perfect to find "hidden" improvements and opportunities for improvement.

I love the audiences and how easy it is to set them up. The creative insights are enlightening.

The Creative studio showing us which add creatives and copy performed the best - we've had a few surprises... and it helps to guide our creative thinking for future ad campaigns.
Now I am working with them to drive more sales. What I love about Madgicx the most is that the onboarding process is SO good.
Cons
The confirmation window when it does a task can be a little annoying which just seems to add time to processes, I think previously this wasn't part of the software.
Every once in a while I get an error where changes could not be pushed to Google ads.
The interface can take some getting used to and will stutter and hang from time to time. They also do not currently support PLA campaign adjustments besides discovering negative keywords.
Cons
I clicked the cancel button and guess what happened, i see a charge for another $147 leave my company account.
Set-up can be a bit confusing and not draft mode.
Its a bit hard to understand at first. They should make a class.
