My biggest concern is that it is very slow in comparison to other (mainly non-cloud) tools. I know that this is the price you pay for being always online, but we don’t want/need to be always online.

Smartling is really easy to use, even the first time I was working with it I did find all the options needed without spending hours to find out where all the buttons were.

I had some problems using the software and it took a long time to learn all the basics I needed to carry out my job. I'd prefere it to be more intuitive.

Versioning is a bit confusing at first because it uses a different paradigm than what you are used to with their notions of release vs pre-release (and not tied to a semantic version for instance).

It is hard to get an overview about all the keys in use. Sometimes, depending on the QA state, it is difficult to find a specific key.
