Enterprise Account Manager

It works good but it gets expensive fast, espcially if you have a few people on your team or a lot of accounts. If your just one person or a tiny business it might feel like to much money for what you need.

Instead of jumping between Facebook, Instagram, and the rest, I could post to all of them from one spot wich saved me a bunch of time.

President

If you’re an agency that is looking to destroy your bottom line, pass on expensive unnecessary costs to your clients and be locked in to a service that cares about nothing except squeezing every dime out of your business, Sprout Social is definitely the social media management platform for you!

Content Creator

a little costly for mini content creators, as I have not started earning from my channels, it's a bit costly for me to maintain

Operations

I tried a bunch of social content schedulers to find what would work best for my business.

Client Success Specialist

There are times when certain metrics display incomplete data and you need the assistance of Sprout Support to backfill missing data points.

In the case of individual subscriptions, logging into the same account from multiple devices becomes difficult, and may require a new verification or password change.

Marketing Analytics and Research Manager

I wish they had access to more data (e.g. Instagram Reels, organic-only performance) , but it's an API limitation.

I was promised that external approved were free, so sending approval requests to clients would not cost extra, they never mentioned that you’re only allowed 3 external approved for THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT.

Talent Acquisition

Super easy to use - our marketing team is able to publish quality content into Sprout, and I can easily spread it to my network with the click of a button - super cool way to generate engagement.

The reports are also really nice and look good when you need to show them to your boss.

Customer Service Executive

It prevents me from having to log in and out of separate accounts just to respond to comments or DMs.

Sprout Social's reporting and analytics are great, they have in-depth insights that help refine my social media strategy.

Social Media Lead

it creates a LOT of the same exact posts.

I've used Sprout Social across multiple jobs and have always been happy with the product and their team.

I like that all of our social stuff comes in to one place.

There seem to be superior alternatives, that cost less, and are more customer friendly.

Overall an awesome tool, however there are less expensive options that do very similar things

accountant

Overall, I think Sprout Social is a powerful tool that can help businesses and organizations manage social media more efficiently and effectively.

Furthermore, Sprout Social allows us to capture and organize important data, which can be displayed in a structured manner through its reporting capabilities.

The guidance the platform offers for each channel, helping to select the right time, word length, keywords, etc. to ensure your post is best suited for each channel.

Founder

It's also expensive for being average at both of those core things.

Owner

Literally the only social media tool you need.

Human Resources Manager

Sprout Social is very effective, especially for duplicating posts and distributing them across social media, because automation allows us to do everything from a single dashboard.

Customer Acquisition Analyst

For example, when composing and scheduling posts to our Twitter handle, the enforced word count limit of 280 characters makes it impossible to switch a draft post meant for our Instagram or Facebook pages to be posted on our Twitter handle.
