What’s most disappointing is that, instead of taking responsibility for this lack of engagement, the company now suggests we should pay even more to finally benefit from the platform.

It is a shame how a supposedly serious company has this policy of forcing you to enter the card details in order to see the features since they do not explain anything previously.

We will start automatically billing, even if you never used the service. And even telling them the situation, they didn't agree on the refund.

Their funnel is built for getting your money even if you don't use the solution.

The best things about UpPromote are how user-friendly it is, both for the affiliates and for me, who manages our affiliates, and that the support/customer service is quick and efficient.

My only frustration so far is that we exceeded our monthly referral numbers one month and didn't know that referrals were not getting approved.

We ran several test orders together using the affiliate link to make sure everything was tracking correctly.

Sometimes little things like a link being slightly off can cause issues, so I’m happy we were able to track it down and get everything working correctly.

UpPromote made it very easy to launch and manage an affiliate program, even without prior experience.

The outstanding support, especially from  [sensitive content hidden], really makes a difference and shows the quality of the platform.

Uppromote is really great it opened a good sales channel for our brand gentlepanda.

So far nothing but I've heard the tiered reward system isn't the most sophisticated.

They where so understanding when I asked lots and lots of questions, even at weekends, which was super helpful.

It’s easy to understand, works well with Shopify, and the guidance from support makes it even easier to use.

I think some people might dock it a few points though for the price.
