I personally reviewed ~20 digital signage solutions and truDigital was the clear and obvious winner. They hit on all of our requirements and their customer service really won us over.

We use it to personalize greetings and our  guest love it. It's fun, creative and generates a warm, friendly or professional atmosphere.

It's been a great communication tool for our front office. We use it to greet our customers that visit our headquarters and also to celebrate employee milestones.

It is easy to use and set up and the customer service before and after the sale was pretty awesome.

What I like most about this software is the finished product. It looks very nice up on our monitors.

The customizable templates such as Corkboards and HTML 5 Templates are a must have in our industry. The plug and play device is easy to set up and building playlists is fun and easy to learn.

One for volunteer team showcasing & needs awareness. The signage looks amazing & is super easy for new users to learn.

Overall I like TruDigital it is a great value for the price. Some of our players occasionally disconnect for months at a time.

Extremely happy that it is easy to use. It's been a great addition to our lobby.

Integration was very simple and easy to set up. Sales and service were great communicators, worked within our budgets, and training was clear.

It's got weird UI quirks that make navigating and customizing slides a painful experience.

We asked for a custom template to be built and it has helped us convey important messages more efficiently to our tenants. The biggest help is the reduction to mailings.

Customer service has been very helpful, going above and beyond to help make this product work for our needs.

Having to download each template to each playlist is a bit of a pain.

It is a pain to update each monitor individually.

My biggest complaint with the platform is actually the hardware. We have to reset the device 2-3 times a month to get it to work properly.

Support, response, cost, set-up, training. I would highly recommend.
