Pros

The main thing about VBOUT that has impressed me is the Customer Service, it is truly outstanding.
A perfectly priced product with amazing features and training videos meant to supercharge the marketing campaign and automation. Works like a swiss army knife - so many utilities.
They have great templates if you just want the job done quickly. And best of all, their site builder is super fast.

Pros

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.

Cons

UI could use a bit of an uplift. Add-ons can be a bit confusing to comprehend at first.
Modern landing page blocks and design for me its a bit generic.
Little shopify integration. Without our customer's data, the main automations won't work very well.

Cons

Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.

I have had a lovely experience working with Rich for our weekly onboarding meetings. I find that time to be invaluable and I have learned many nuances with the system I might not have known if I did not have the weekly meetings.

Pros

I love the ease of this software and how intuitive it is for someone who has used CRM systems in the past.

Cons

I have not found an attribute I do not enjoy from your service yet.

i find the UX optimizable, and don't always understand the logic. Some process that I can do in a few click for some competitor tools here need to apply a weird way of thinking.Like to create a custom CRM field, most tools allow you to do it in a click in a place you easily find, here you need to create a new form and then create your custom field. Sounds weird to meReview collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vbout is absolutely a no-brain deal.

Pros

It seems has unlimited features: - Templates, landing pages, SMS, emails, CRM, social media management covers all the key bases we need to run effective marketing campaigns for multiple business units. - Custom landing pages with insane analytics and heat maps - The social media management tool is extremely simple to use - Full CRM tracking capability - where did leads go, what did they do? - Calendar utility is useful and avoids unnecessary reliance on other tools. - It links to WooCommerce, WordPress and even Elementor.

Cons

- Connectors are charged. - No free email validation like Encharge - No lead scoring - It doesn't link to ConvertBox

We make advantage of all Vbout features, including social media marketing, email marketing, lists, segments, and journeys. All of our web marketing is structured, coupled with data, and integrated. Additionally, we may share marketing data with our CRM via its API to create more effective sales contacts.

Cons

Except for small flaws, there is nothing to be unhappy about.

The product is good, user-friendly and has all potential to lead the market.

Pros

I like how vbout combined some related features in one platform from email marketing to social scheduling. They also have a section named landing page builder when a user can build unlimited landing pages. The automated section looks cool too. It can be a good alternative to Hubspot CRM.

Cons

When I purchased the product I saw 20,000 emails per month but I thought it was 20,000 emails list in total. They should have increased this number.

Incredible pricing for a strong product

It was cheaper and more functional than the alternatives. So it's been a great experience.

Pros

Got it for an amazing deal, combines social media monitoring and social listening with marketing automation. It's much better value than other competitors I looked at. It works really nicely and is surprisingly straightforwards to use, considering it has all the functionality that is often spread across different apps.

Cons

Nothing really, it's great so far. I think the landing pages could be easier to figure out. I would love it if I could use it as a CRM for a small charity, so it really would be all in one then. It's got some features like this but not a lot.

Vbout has been great at saving me time by putting all (well most) of my marketing tools under one roof.

Pros

I love how complete an automation package this is. Between forms, landing pages, emails, push notifications, SMS, a mini-crm, social and absolutely insane reporting there is very little it can't do. And the few things it can't, there are ample integrations. It's saved me loads of time and helped my workflow by putting everything under one roof.

Cons

The UI is a little outdated and it could use some features that focus on getting reviews for things like GMB. I would also love some other local SEO features too. And call tracking.

It is a good experiece. First impression with the trial was good, as I expected a more difficult to use tool. Later I found a very professional team behind, and more functions that what I had previously with other email marketing automation tools.

Pros

It has all the required features (able to create and send professional ecommerce emails with HTML template, tracking results with pixel integration or with integrations with sales platforms, basic CRM to know what is happening live and knowing best our customers, able to add extra users in our team, sending potential customers to FB audiences, etc). And it all with a nice and intuitive interface. Also a team behind appasionate about what they do.

Cons

I found it to be a too close ecosystem. That has benefitis but also handicaps.

I'm able to manage my leads with ease, and track my success with the CRM integration. I know I'm paying a lot for this, but it's money well spent because I know it will help me generate leads, manage my mailing list and deliver more sales.

VBout also includes several other significant features that will help you automate your marketing activities, such as email marketing automation, landing page builder, SMS, and more.

Cons

The platform's user interface is a little outdated. I guessed it's because they're here for quite a while now but at least they don't interfere with the way it works, so you can just focus on things that matter the most and not let go of the certain detail that might be there. They could do a revamp to make the experience even better by refining some of their basic features and tools. You may have to purchase extras from them if you want the full potential of this software to be unlocked, as most of their enhance features are only available via add-ons which need to be purchased in a monthly subscription plan.

If you want to be able to manage your clients marketing needs, run marketing campaigns, automate your email marketing, publish content, manage social media accounts, create landing pages, send newsletters, manage your clients, have a CRM tool, have lead management, automate lead nurturing, have file management, own branding, have analytics, then this is for you. Plus, it has live support that helps you in every way to get the most out of this tool.

Pros

It's very feature rich and constantly evolving. Support is second to none.

Cons

There isn't much but the user interface can do with a make over to match some of the newer ones in the industry

VBOUT social media tools is not as good as Radaar! VBOUT email marketing tools is not as good as Mailchimp! VBOUT automation tools is not as good as Encharge!
