Even with my grumblings above, I am very satisfied with Kartra, especially considering its competition. I truly believe it's the best value with regard to functionality and ease of use, hands down.
The lack of integration with other products, no quiz, the extra charge for bandwidth, the lack of customer service. It takes way too long to hear back.
My experience has simply been very good because of its ease in handling and the completeness of its elements.
It's very difficult to navigate. The UI is very poor and unintuitive.
Email delivery seems pretty good. Kartra keeps up with all my creative ideas for my business, it's my entrepreneurial wings.
This affects the heart of our business at a very bad time.
Funnels, sales, beautiful websites, incredible landing pages, memberships sites, shopping cart and fully integrate a complete website and sales from start to finish with lots of great analytics.
Its utterly painful trying to find certain emails in the sequence to edit them and specific landing pages. The overall structure of Kartra is a mess.

The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.
The e-newsletter design function is nearly useless unless you can code HTML, and the preview emails you see never match what ends up in your inbox.
The Journey Building feature is incredible for this. This also allows you to set triggers and make intelligent automation decisions.
Steep learning curve, Poor Customer service, Fairly expensive for most of the users.

I find it frustrating that the product picker is just not working, you have to physically copy and paste product description photo and information and paste.

Not all my emails go to my customers and they complaint that our email goes to junk and before this would not happen.

This billing issue has really soured my feeling about this company. The monthly price that they show on their account page is wrong.

Its almost intelligent interaction with prospects allows our team great confidence in engaging and in capturing quality leads.
With customization that is available, it is possible to get a bit lost in the hugeness that is Marketo. Lastly, there are no customizable reporting options which can make things hard.
Marketo customer support team is very responsive and always available to help, this is something I like the most. Marketo's simple and easy user interface is amazing and very easy to use.
Not much return on investment here; very basic functionality, and problems with our website getting clocked as spam form our target cusotmers.

The look and feel of it is also stuck in the 90s. They don't provide any decent templates so my team is often forced to look elsewhere and then integrate email and landing page templates with Marketo.

However, they always get back to me quickly. Also, I'm desperate for list segmentation and have been asking for that feature for a while now.

HATE HATE HATE that spell check is not on as a default in the email settings. HATE that when you use autofill for one category it changes all the categories.
We deal with a lot of 55 - 75 year old people and the ability to go in and help them with their newsletter subscriptions as if I was them is superb.
HATE that it either does not link with my google calendar or I do not know how to link it with my google calendar.
Customer Support is GreenRope's secret advantage. Staff is very responsive and effective.
HATE that the mail does not show in my sent mail in my gmail account so I can see what was sent and when without being in the app.

I have sent several emails with no response. It has been 10 days (as of this post) with no response from anyone.
The service and pricing have been great so far. It sounds great to host unlimited videos that are protected by advanced DRM technology.
Customer service needs improving and pricing needs to be clearer. I was very confused about the charges that I had, but did not get a clear answer.
My experience with the delow at the moment is amazing it's very easy to use and it's a platform I would recommend to anyone that wants to control their brand on their video content.
No folders to organise videos in each project - can be messy.
I like the customizable player. I also like the ability to watermark my videos so that they cannot be shared with others that have not paid for my trainings.
Young company and therefore not yet a 100% trustworthy brand. I understand the purchase more as a crowdfunding activity.

I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.

For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.

We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.

The other excellent feature that I found exclusive to SEM rush was PPC competitor tracking. Knowing what competitors are bidding on is beyond the realm of a usual SEO software and is a great addition.
Everything has been a frustrating struggle. Many features that are included with the starter level of other online SEO platforms cost extra with SEMrush.
It includes a site health grade, all the Errors/Warnings, and gives ideas on how to make improvements on the site. I also love love love the automated reporting.
SEMRush has been horrible to learn and work with. Nothing is intuitive or user-friendly.
Although AHref is the best, but semrush is so far the second best. Has everything that AHref have, and happy for it.
It's sad that I would have to pay almost half of my subscription price just to have a second user be able to access our account.
Comprehensive and robust. Best for established businesses who have the budget and manpower to manage regularly.
What I don't like about SEMRush is that most of its features are paid for. This can end up hurting those who are starting in Marketing, for example.

My experience has been fantastic and the customer service is awesome, especially when I was getting used to it at the beginning.
The drag and drop editor is a plus, but lacks designer elements to really set yourself apart from other Systeme users.
What I really like the most about System.io is its very generous free trial and how it is very easy and straightforward to use.
You will probably need to take an online course to understand how it works. I'm missing more indepth tuttorials.

Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.
The product has some really good features at a great price. We use chat functionality on our website and it is super easy to design campaigns on the platform.
We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.
Also I was extremely impressed with Sendinblue technical support when I had an issue due to an error of my own making - they were responsive, helpful and courteous.
Until now i didn't see a single email go to a spam folder. I tested it even on a @live.com email which is very strict about spam.

Fortunately, I was able to get some helpful suggestions from "Sendinblue" to put things into action. Also, I was grateful that this site allows you to send 300 emails for free.
I personally liked it very much as it’s very user friendly and lots of customisable templates are there. Most importantly it provides comprehensive analytics of campaign.
Great UI with very easy to implement APIs and packed full of features. I've been using SendInBlue for a good few years now and would strongly recommend to anyone needing an email sending service.
Easy to use interface, making setup a doddle. Simple to consume and operate API with robust guides and docs and brilliant automation and reporting capabilities.

I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.

Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.
The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
I love the ease of use, interface, but most importantly all of Sharpspring employees, and how quickly they respond with tips, ideas, and help with support.
Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.
I love all the metrics it provides me which helps me cater my newsletter and make adjustments as needed. This is so important so I can actually alter my content for my audience.
The only con I can think of is the lack of display/functionality options in the form and landing page builder.

The overall experience with SendPulse was very nice. It is responsible for delivering grand communication and yielding excellent results.
She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.

They take your money and if your campaign has more than 10 bounced emails, they block your account and refuse to give you any customer service. The entire thing is a sham.

I like most the dashboard, the intuitive menus, the option to duplicate campaigns easily.
It's completely free and allows me to customize my emails that I send out every week. I own a small business and can't justify the cost of any other email client.
Simple onboarding process and easy integration with WordPress.
They don't have a lot in the way of ready-made templates, but it's easy enough to customize your own, and their interface is pretty user-friendly.
The overall experience with SendPulse was very nice. It is responsible for delivering grand communication and yielding excellent results.
She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.
It is super-easy to use, the customer support is fast and great, the software is very affordable. They also add new features always and help educational events, which is very nice.
They take your money and if your campaign has more than 10 bounced emails, they block your account and refuse to give you any customer service. The entire thing is a sham.
It is one of my favourites Email marketing tools. With a lot of good features and great analytics tools.
There was a bit of a learning curve for the first email, the inability to create an email campaign from the app.
SendPulse is good for assembling newsletters. They have an easy to use, drag-and-drop template builder and a good set of editing options.
There is also a problem with the support service - the operators respond in a standard manner and do not help to solve the problem.
They've been very helpful and friendly in fixing any issues I've had, and overall I've enjoyed working with this software.
This has been one of the best softwares ı have used so far. And its highly effective.
I think this platform is easy to use, templates are fantastic to choose from. Dependable support staff.

The interface is clean and easy to use. On first impressions it looked like the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move good to keep things more simple.
When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation.
Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.
I had some great help with getting everything set up and I find the email automation system quite easy to use and understand, which is great as it has gotten me to do a lot more with automation.

Campaign Monitor is an excellent email automation tool that is user-friendly and easy to use. It has an intuitive interface, great customer support, and comprehensive analytics.
We disliked that the platform seemed to be split between different names. Sometimes the login would redirect us to another website which was a bit weird.
Although testing on the likes of litmus is great, Campaign monitor gives the ability to test emails EXACTLY. This has been excellent for development and my learning about email code.
Some parts of the UI are cumbersome and feel stuck in another internet era. Some services can be very pricey if you don't have a subscription.
The ease of use, depth of reporting, and helpful support team. I like the ability to change and alter the campaign up until the last minute, even if delivery has been scheduled.
Some features and configurations can be a bit hard to figure out without a fairly technical background. Email builder templates felt a bit restrictive in terms of styling and formatting options.
Campaign Monitor lets me create, send, manage and track eblasts with great ease. It has a high number of quality templates and automation is very easy.
Plus, not being able to marry together the email insights into our customer actions/deals/leads was a big hindrance.
The great thing with this is the Price is very competitive and it offers a bit more than the others.
Campaign Monitor is wonderful. I recommend it enthusiastically to anyone looking for a full service, easy to use email platform.

The service from RSS has been outstanding and they help to provide solutions and alternatives quickly and as best as they can.
It's annoying whem the system times out without warning and you can lose your work. The interface feels a little "old" but really that's just nit picking.
I have really enjoyed using RSS for my day to day administration and for quoting purposes. It is an effective platform with lots of good features and work arounds.
This however makes it very difficult for anybody but me to understand where we are with each customer in our sales and follow up cycle. I always struggle to maintain order with this.
The software is so easy to use which has made embedding it into our operational practices an easy task. The ability to link accounts has proved very useful too.
Some of the terms used to describe the different sections of data are confusing and require getting used to. The short amount of time before you are logged out again.
I'm particularly impressed with the email integration which saves the whole endless copying and pasting debacle. It really is simple, but perfect at what it does.
Reporting needs to be more customized. Found a bit difficult to provide user permission and ownership to various reports.
You can also integrate it with your outlook, which is very helpful for someone like me who forgets often. Very easy to use and it's in the name really, it's a simple system.
Flexible system which is always evolving, with outstanding support.
The research and selection period was made so much easier because the support is local to Australia, but mainly that the contact was genuinely interested in assisting us find the best system for us.
I also think an excellent feature is being able to look at nearby accounts too, and has a range and mileage bar which you can move to your desire.

I love how it makes it easy for me to engage with my audience thanks to the inbox feature. Its simplicity is something I really like, the interface is simple but very easy to use.
Auto post is confusing and the 'Add and manage accounts' pop up looks messy/is confusing. App doesn't keep me logged in.
It's fun and easy to use. I like that I can schedule post in advance, it's almost like it's working on its own and the mobile app is very useful when posting on the go.
Can't post stories and carousels to Instagram without a push notification which is a little annoying, but I couldn't find any others that could, so I'm assuming its a technical limitation.
The tool is fantastic and ever improving. The customer service is the best and super helpful.

Also, the customer service is amazing. There's ALWAYS someone there to help.

The main thing about VBOUT that has impressed me is the Customer Service, it is truly outstanding.
UI could use a bit of an uplift. Add-ons can be a bit confusing to comprehend at first.
A perfectly priced product with amazing features and training videos meant to supercharge the marketing campaign and automation. Works like a swiss army knife - so many utilities.
Modern landing page blocks and design for me its a bit generic.
They have great templates if you just want the job done quickly. And best of all, their site builder is super fast.

Super happy with VBOUT - great value for money and makes a lot of other tools redundant. It's also really easy to pick up and start using without any prior knowledge of what you're doing.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to implement it after the PoC due to specific requirements internally.
I'm a big fan of the landing page builder, which is one of my favorite parts about the application because you can create some really amazing things with such ease.
Discovering Vbout has been a great surprise for me and has definitely improved my marketing strategies. I have spent several hours on it, but I think it has been worth it.
Ease of use is primarily important for us. Vbout was easy to setup and the interface is good.
The VBOUT platform is super simple to use - it took me no time to make it up and running. And the templates VBOUT offers are excellent, especially for newbies like me.
The other obvious advantage is that having an all-in-one platform allows me to have a great deal of analytics right at my fingertips.
Not only does it help me with my email marketing, but with my social media, landing pages and SMS, too. I'm able to manage my leads with ease, and track my success with the CRM integration.
I LOVE their Automations. Their automations are almost as powerful as ActiveCampaign (I’m serious).
The support team is outstanding, always available to help.
And it all with a nice and intuitive interface. Also a team behind appasionate about what they do.
Can create pretty complex automation in a short time once you get the hang of it. Integrations to other tools are very helpful.

UI could use a bit of an uplift. Add-ons can be a bit confusing to comprehend at first.
A perfectly priced product with amazing features and training videos meant to supercharge the marketing campaign and automation. Works like a swiss army knife - so many utilities.
