Initial setup took way longer than expected, folder structures, permissions, scanner integrations, metadata fields and there are a lot of moving parts and the documentation doesn't walk you through it logically.

Customer Services and Support

The version control is great for tracking changes and it saves us a lot of time compared to our old filing system.

Setup takes patience and the UI needs a refresh, but if you're still running on shared drives and email attachments, this is a meaningful step up.

Scanner integration is decent, documents land in the right folders with metadata attached without much manual effort.
