I am unhappy that I cannot find a Vendor to do a new A/P Entry. Instead have to scroll thru pages to find the one I'm looking for, a simple search would suffice.

I do not have another Fund Accounting Software to compare Aplos to, but I can't imagine that anyone could offer better Customer Service. They are very helpful, and help resolve issues.

During budget preparation, it is easy to fine what contributions have been made, how it relates to the pledges and who is behind.

The report options are also amazing. My year end reports used to take a week to create using Quicken compared to minutes using IconCMO.

I like the fact that if you make entries or changes that are not allowed a note pops-up to explain why you aren't able to take that action.

I am new to using any accounting programs let alone Fund Accounting.

They are always great when I call in even if it is a couple times in a week or a day. Just when I am sure they are going to block my phone number they keep answering my calls.
