What we like most is the value for the money, the stellar customer support, the ease of use the church management section, receiving donations and the emailing and texting feature, along with creating useful forms to streamline data retrieval and storage. And the ministry articles and webinars that you host to make ministry more productive.

The support team was extremely helpful in making the transition seamless. And there is nothing that competes with the value of this subscription--we save hundreds each month. From attendance tracking and member management to contributions and event planning, Breeze lives up to its name—it makes everything feel smooth and effortless.

Younger users are not waiting for the app to load. If there has ever been a complaint it has been the speed or lack of speed. If I may suggest an update: give permissions to receive notifications a follow up was assigned to you via text.

The customizable reports are also a big plus, allowing us to generate exactly what we need for meetings and planning.

Office Manager

It keeps all our records and allows us to check in our kiddos and keep accurate attendance.  

It may just be something I haven't noticed yet because we haven't done online payments for an event yet, but would love a way to automatically factor in the amount to cover processing fees, for it to be made optional or not.

Church Secretary

We mostly use it just to record giving and send out end-of-year statements. But it has been useful for looking up contact info when needed.

For the value of money, features, and ease of use, Tithely easily is the best all around use for Church Management.

I liked the relational and clever ways of the Breeze staff; they were and are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. But when Breeze merged with Tithely I'm getting more Tithely promos and I wonder if the original selling points will change, including price.

It doesn't have a facility management module so we still have to do that in another database, and it makes it hard to get everyone on board with Breeze.

For example I would not expect to have to open a calendar and click on a single already scheduled event in order to contact volunteers or create a schedule for that event.

Many members (older, or people who don't realize they can change things) do not maintain information.

It is difficult to get a live person on demand.

We transitioned from another platform that was not nearly as intuitive.

Some of filtering in the people section, but I also realize that it's some of our categories.

I was never able to get it to work correctly,y and it consistently created duplicate profiles for the children that were checked in.

I wish that changing "Roles" (permissions people have when using Breeze) could be changed spreadsheet style, with the Roles listed across the top, and the features listed down the side so we could turn on and off different settings for multiple Roles on the same screen.  (Currently, each Role has to be modified individually when a change is made).

It helps me track and organize all data needed like event organizing, monitoring of giving online and productivity attendance.

It integrates very well with planning center allowing us to keep everything in one system and place and easily add new folks as they visit and to stay in touch with them as they get to know us.
