This product allowed us to switch to a church management system with integrated donation management and gave us the freedom to use it in our own way rather than enforcing the tool's idea of how a church should be managed.

With a little experience and assistance from support anyone can get over the hurdle, but it makes it difficult to spread the administration load due to the learning curve.

Being able to rank destinations is also helpful in keeping important ones on top.  

I also like how you can add destinations and turn on/off when needed.  

It makes life easy for reconciliation of the deposits with easy to read and accurate reports.

Running reports is also so much less intimidating and the staff is willing to do it after being shown once.

Other than the Financial permissions, there does not seem to be a lot of difference between the different levels.

The only thing I wish CT would do that they don't do is offer offline options.
