Overall have had  very strong experience. Wherever there has been a hiccup, it has turned out that the Donately technology was working fine, and it was a problem with a third party technology instead.

The monthly fees are high for our organization but the fee upon completion of a campaign is one of the lowest.

Keela has a relatively clean interface with lots of features. They are continually upgrading which is very nice to know that there is a team committed to constant improvement.
