Real-time reporting and easy integrations have allowed our team to spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets and more time cultivating relationships, stewarding donors, and planning campaigns strategically.

Our old processor would sometimes decline credit card donations if the billing address wasn't perfectly formatted, whereas Donately has helped us capture those donations more reliably - resulting in a much larger donor base over time.

The platform’s clean interface, customizable forms, and automated workflows have dramatically reduced manual entry and errors.

I think some people are confused by the start your own fundraiser here wording thinking they are starting something outside of our campaign but we overcome that by leaving directions in the summary.

Their campaigns feature isn't very intuitive in my opinion, and charging an annual fee in addition to the transaction fees seems excessive.
