We get a monthly remittance from head office and all 95 donations are added seamlessly with one command.

The modification of the existing templates for receipts and letters requires a little getting used to, but is not really a major hindrance

I'm slightly technophobic but found that the OneCause fundraising platform is user friendly, intuitive, safe for donors and creates an organized approach to our fundraising event that I didn't know I needed!

It often takes 24+ hours to receive a response on a Help Desk ticket; seems it should be more immediate or offer a chat option.

For small, free events like a Volunteer Luncheon, attendees who want to RSVP need to enter a credit card, which of course would never happen.

Overall, OneCause has been a great tool to have for our organization. Whether silent auctions, ticketing and donations for live events, or even raffles - we utilize OneCause often because of the consistent, quality results it produces.

I wish a little more of the prior years information could be brought into the following year, including custom messages.

They had really strong customer support and their event management team took the time to understand our needs and goals for our events.
