DonorSnap is incredibly user friendly so it is functional for not only the person who is familiar with CRM databases but also makes it easy to train someone who is not familiar.

In the age of AI and virtual assistants, it's so nice to get a personalized response from a human who understands what I'm asking for.

The part I like most about DonorSnap is that our donors do not feel as though they are being hassled for money.

The auction software (which isn't even really donorsnap) did not do what the salesperson said it would.

However, I feel that this is user error more than it is a design flaw.

Creating custom reports could be more intuitive.

The customer service/help department is quick to respond and always provides resolution.

There are weekly training sessions offered at no cost, and the system archives training sessions to allow easy reference on specific issues.

They have a way of making me feel like I'm their priority and I've never felt as though they are too busy to help me.

There are a lot of ways to customize fields but you can't delete most of them, even though we don't want them so it adds a lot of extra information spaces in our downloaded worksheets that we have to sort and delete every single time. When I had an issue setting up goemerchant with donorsnap as an added service I got passed around to many people then was told because I didn't have a better subscription I didn't pay to TALK to someone about my issue.

There's no logical way within Funraise to handle donors who request receipts for joint gifts--if you follow the Funraise rules, someone is left off the receipt, and if you don't follow their rules, your data can be overwritten and you'd have no idea.
