“One important caveat: no accounting system fixes poor operational habits. If an organization refuses to capture receipts, document approvals, or follow basic workflows, switching software will not magically create accurate reports. If a nonprofit is not willing to improve its operational discipline, changing systems will usually just create more chaos, not less. But overall, for nonprofits tired of duct-taping together disconnected systems and trying to force nonprofit accounting into software that was never designed for it, MonkeyPod has been one of the most promising platforms I’ve worked with.”
