The ability to prepare your membership database in a way that makes your reporting and use of information easier.

You can’t just drop in graphics without them being on the web somewhere already and the formatting options leave a lot to be desired.

One of the features of planning center is the option for the GIVER to opt to pay for transaction fees.

The attendance part could be a little better as for as adding visitors or guest when using the touch attendance from an iPad.

Simple Church has so much to offering besides  a platform to track giving and members.

We have people in our database that don't belong to a group and they get left out.  

It is a waste of time and troublesome to contact each giver when they select OTHER as a giving category.

Can't print up Mr and Mrs Jones on statements for example, it is one or the other.

Sometimes the latest updates take a while to reach our system.

We like the ease of use in finding and keeping up with church members once the initial information is put in.

Most work is accomplished by volunteers and a software that's intuitive for users is important.

The one thing I didn't like was how hard it was to upload our contribution letter for year end.  

I am a staff member who uses this tool but not the Administrator who oversees the daily operation of it.  

The cloud-based nature and user apps are incredible for working on the go.

It flashes on and off when you are trying to click on it.  

You think you have it for the one person and it has moved down to an empty spot.  

The best thing that I love about SimpleChurch is the ease in entering and running reports.  

I like the ease of entering data and searching for that data.

We tried several others but we went with SimpleChurch for the above mentioned features.

We are not using it at this time but look forward to seeing how it can be remodeled.

I find I'm always using the app when going to visit members.  

The ease of learning the software, importing from old software, using the software....

One thing I can truly say is that the developers are constantly working to improve the software.

This product has what it is seems like endless features.

It is all clean, easy and performs exactly how we need it too.

It integrates very well with planning center allowing us to keep everything in one system and place and easily add new folks as they visit and to stay in touch with them as they get to know us.

By only allowing subaccounts to exist with unique phone numbers, we are concerned about overwhelming our congregation with options. But by having all of our staff/leaders use our main account for their communications, we're concerned about muddying what should be a very simple communication system.

Things we like most about Clearstream is the customer service, user friendly platform, & seeing where each subscriber belongs to in a workflow, list, or tag.

The ability to send out both text messages and email to the entire team to help with scheduling makes it an invaluable tool.

Instead of having messages split into two or three parts because of character limits, you can simply purchase additional credits and send the entire message at once.

Its really user friendly - we love that multiple team members can be monitoring incoming texts and that we are able to personalize our outgoing text.

I wish I could manually add contacts to a synced Planning Center list. When I sync the playlist from Planning Center, I can't use texting a keyword either for that playlist.

The transfer wasn’t a smooth process as everything had to manually added. And as a portable church, we’d hope they’d have more options for tap tags functionality.

Totally understand the costs of doing business, however there could be some flexibility to the credit plan pricing when the additional sub accounts and other features aren't being used.

I wish you could build HTML emails directly into clear stream without having to copy HTML code from another source.

We use Clearstream as a prayer chain and it is often difficult to get the message in one text and uses additional credits if you go over just by one character.

I've tried many other softwares in order to help me with text communications and CCB has been by far the most effective for the cost.

The number of sub-accounts that you get for the price is much better than other companies and my church will be moving towards a much larger usage.

We love the fact that it filters easily and connects well with PCO by pushing it back to update or create new profiles.
