Pastor of Digital Discipleship

The customer service is incredibly difficult to reach, which has also caused major issues.

Founder

Customer service is often an issue with me and others I see on the forums.

Online Media Coordinator

I've also had to address a couple bugs and other tech support issues, and the Subsplash support team knows their stuff and has been extremely helpful.

Administrative Assistant

Subsplash is always attentive to the needs of their client.

Subsplash Church Management equips you to plan services, schedule volunteers, check in kids, and communicate with your congregation. Plus, your volunteers can accept or decline volunteer requests, and set their availability right inside your church's app.

Basic

There are a few features I'd like to see implemented in chat groups and elsewhere (the ability to post videos and photo albums in groups, for example), but I know they're working on a long list of feature requests.

Church Life Coordinator

Having everything in one place saves our staff a tremendous about of time and it create a consistent experience for out church family.

Pastor

Easy to work with them to find solutions. Before we implemented to Subsplash they did their homework to review our website and other features aligned to our church.

Ministry Assistant

Related to that, there very little markup or HTML support when writing event descriptions.

As a church of 150, we are able to do things that were not possible previously and with the kind of quality and professional results and experience.

Subsplash has become our all-in-one platform for our church communication and management.

The few complaints/issues that have come up have been handled efficiently by the Subsplash support team.

Church Deacon

I like the comprehensive coverage for our church functions.

All giving platforms promise increased giving, I don't really see where giving has increased.

The integration of the app and the website.

You can trust the security that you receive when you put information on there.

the platform is reliable, professional, and continues to add helpful features.

The people at Subsplash were wonderful during our initial dialogue, implementation and post implementation.

Lead Pastor

The initial integration was a lot, but that's just because it is a lot no matter what.

I just learned how to use Subsplash for our church.

Their people on the on-line giving and streaming team were a pleasure to work with.

The educational track is also a huge asset.

Some time is was difficult to talk to a person.

Would have given 5 stars, but the support still lacks in my opinion.

Subsplash has been a great platform for our church.

Executive Assistant

Really make customer satisfaction a priority.

Founding Pastor

I LOVE the ability to store, manage and present my weekly messages, and the engagement options they provide through my church App.

Senior Pastor

The staff were on the spot, encouraging and informative.

So cost wise, you get a great value with Subsplash.

Great customer service - very prompt and helpful when responding to requests.

Overall, great for churches of all sizes.

Yes, there is a learning curve, but that is with all things.

I love [sensitive content hidden] and my onboarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden], They have been VERY helpful.

The host media very well, and provide great features for categorizing what we store on their platform.

Creative and Communications Director

We found that their app and giving platforms are comprehensive and easy to implement.

They also have very responsive customer support.

Tech Director

User info can’t be linked to any external database (i.e. giving, account info, user notes, etc), so you have to run everything through them (which currently is not robust enough of a ChMS).

The SnapPages web builder is not as intuitive and effective as their other products.

I know that there are many companies that do that and we are technically paying more now than we were with Subsplash. With Subsplash though there was no trial periods or no option to drop a service if you found you weren't using it. If you signed up for it you were stuck with it whether or not it fit your ministry.

the price was a bit steep for smaller organizations

Owner

Helping to spread the great news of the gospel to all ages.

All and I believe that Subsplash has helped connect with members.

Assistant Pastor

The transaction fees are still higher than competitors even with their GrowCurve option.

One of the main things I did not like about Subsplash was their tendency to charge for every small add on.

Subsplash is very easy to implement and train the users on basic operations, whether for one-time giving or recurring.

Owner

This include donor data fields, exporting capabilities and third party app integrations.

Overall, we liked working with Subsplash and we are still using it for our website and media management.

Music Director

The app is simple, and perhaps isn't completely necessary for every church.

No login is required to use the app, and I find this very freeing.

Treasurer

Absolutely would not recommend for churches.

IT Manager

Dont like a preset option as my giving changes weekly so I should be able to donate what I want vs them putting me into a bucket.

Simple software that allows churches to track and accept online donations.

Manager

While there are web buttons for use, it is still hard to incorporate those unless you work with web developing and are familiar with it.

Counselor/Owner

I have been able to tithe to my church, track my yearly donations for tax purposed, and am also able to set up reoccuring donations if I want.
