The only issue I have with the software is the lack of email open reports. You have to manually check each person to see if they opened the email.

This product is well organized and easy to use. We love and utilize the phone app feature almost daily.

There arent a ton of feature that can be done with this software. Reporting is limited, and there's no workflows, automated reporting, member portal, attendance module, etc.

Servant Keeper's look and features really feel designed for an older church but a church with a younger staff and demographic would probably find itself better suited with another option.

I have not used all the features so it is hard to say.
