This is such a great ministry tool. You can keep track of contact information, attendance data, and other interactions with people in your church or organization.

It can sometimes be a bit challenging to find the items you are looking for. The navigation structure can be a bit confusing.

We chose TouchPoint because of the price, and the relative ease of use for our staff as well as general volunteers we shared access with to keep track of their ministries.

Meal Ministry Coordinator

TouchPoint has made it easy to contact church goers with a quick text or email. It has also been great for church members to be able to access the church directory rather than needing a hard copy.

Emails sent through Touchpoint often go into Spam folders.

It's been difficult to learn all the ins and outs of the program. It's not self-explanatory and training and classes need to be offered to whoever will be using it.

Pretty good but could use more updates and streamlining.

If you want to build an app and you don't know how to code, then Subsplash has a really great solution for you. They have lots of great features that you can build into an app.

The benefits outweigh any negatives with Subsplash, I think it is a great product for those who need it and it can help streamline your group connectivity, participation, giving/fundraising, etc.

I was able to navigate most of the platform without much help from their help guide. Their guide for the developer accounts was very helpful.

The app and giving are also pretty simple to set up and use, and look very nice and simple, with some tweaking. They also have very responsive customer support.

They do a good job at this, and are updating the app as needed. Overall, I don't think about them that much, so I'd say that means they do a good job.

The development and launching went flawlessly for us and while we're pretty competent with tech, I really attribute it to their intuitive and simple software and interface.

The website, while simple, is still very powerful and gives your church a great online presence.

We were given false information up front and it has been difficult getting our contract cancelled and we are still trying to get a refund of the money we put down.

I also like that there are options for the programs like the App side. Plus the cost of transactions were lower than others.

I don't know that all churches can afford such a costly system.

It is easy to stream and categorize media, and the push notification feature is easy to use.

In fact, it doesn't even have all the contributions made up to 2+ weeks prior. So, again, there is a lag issue.

Both the App Design and Web Design were intuitive and very well integrated. We are tech savvy but the ease were were able to create large amounts of content was almost rewarding.

Overall though I would recommend Subsplash. What you receive for the cost makes the purchase worth it.

The Catch All

The look of Subsplash is okay but there’s no way to improve it or set it apart from any other apps. The list goes on but over all the worst of it was the customer support.
