Independent research methodology

While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“I can manage my donors, receive donations, create and schedule my newsletters and fundraising campaigns which can be correctly targeted, and now we're getting to sell event tickets as well!”

Nicole S.

COO

“In 2026, our non-profit wanted to move forward where on-line payments and ticket sales could be collected and tracked for annual membership dues as well as for paid and/or free ticketed events. ”

Pam J.

Officer

“My non-profit (EducationEquity Foundation, which provides free MCAT Prep to low-income underrepresented premeds, taught by peer tutors who recently scored VERY well on their own MCATs) hasn't yet pursued donations much, so I have little to add about its performance.”

Dan J.

Founder-Director

Pros

“You have to sign up enough people to cover the monthly cost. ”

Stacey B.

Development and Marketing Director

“Further, as a community intermediary, we have been able to nimbly launch various cause campaigns with professionalism and speed.”

Nikie J.

Executive Director

“The front end is user-friendly and the back end is clean and easy to use as well.”

Christopher V.

Marketing and Development Manager

Cons

“The bad news is that we had already created a whole entire event under one profile.... and then had to go back and re-create that event under the other profile because there is no option to "duplicate events between profiles." ”

Jennifer P.

Family Advocate

“Phone navigation seems less intuitive then PC/desktop versions, would like an easier phone layout for the sytem”

Jessie S.

Founder

“At the moment, Zeffy lacks some of the refinements and tools that bespoke email platforms, event organisers and online stores can offer. ”
