Users can track assets online in a central location and maintain a history of check-ins and check-outs, plus attach any type of file including manuals, pictures, warranty information, etc. Asset Manager also allows company assets to be audited. Asset activity, action shortcuts and service status can be viewed as well. Asset Manager’s asset list view helps display company assets in rows and allows for the filtering and sorting of asset records. Users are not required to download anything from the platform as it is completely cloud-based and can be accessed from any device.
