Pros

The ease with which I was able to convert our existing spreadsheets into documents to import into asset panda was a godsend.
Great Customization Options, Almost everything can be adjusted and changed to fit my Needs. Great Costumer Support through out the Process from First contact to Boarding to ongoing support.
The ability to use a mobile app as the barcode scanner is extremely helpful. The integration with Zendesk is also a huge asset to my team.

Pros

Entering our assets was extremely simple and I am very happy with the ability to customize the software to my requirements.
Location and service status are also fantastic features that help us run our business more efficiently. I love that it is accessible from anywhere.
It's great software for keeping track of equipment assets used on a daily/weekly basis. It's been a great resource for the entire staff, and the customer service is phenomenal.

Cons

We found a way around it later but lost valuable time and wasted resources.
My only challenge is the lack of conditional fields while performing actions.
It sometimes was a little confusing to use, especially when we were looking for specific items, this could just be because we weren't very used to the product.

Cons

When booking multiple items at once, it won't tell you if there are booking clashes for any specific item, so each item has to be booked individually which is inefficient and annoying.
The UI is very confusing to learn if you are new to EZO; cannot submit large inventory items (many line items); mobile platform is very heavy and boring.
Software is very confusing. There are many inconsistencies throughout the application.

We migrated from Asset Panda with ease and have been impressed by the functionality, ease of set up, customer service, quality of the phone app and the substantially lower price point of EZ Office Inventory

We are still migrating from our old Asset Management tool to EZOfficeInventory but I can see, it is far better than our old toll. We are really happy as of now.

EZOfficeInventory is really ease of use.

The default asset catalog view is a bit confusing as I was trying to find individual asset and not asset group.

As a new user who has never used similar software, I have many criticisms

Pros

It is very helpful to be able to look up an asset by serial number, asset id, comments, etc.

Cons

I find it difficult to process multiple assets at once. For example, when printing tags if the batch is not easily filtered it is difficult to get everything on one download. If I want to print various tags that have nothing in common to filter by then I will have to print each one individually. It has created a situation where a missed asset number will just be abandoned and left in the retired state...

You can easily divide your IT and non IT assets on the basis of different groups and locations - the custom roles feature allows you to limit users to only their assigned groups which will in turn restrict non IT members from viewing your IT assets. There are multiple ways to pick assets from different pages but we would like to know more details as to how you are currently using it. We are currently evaluating checkouts against multiple people and we'd love to get your insights on it. Easy to check out items with the mobile app. Reporting tool is pretty detailed.

Cons

Probably because asset management is boring for me, I rarely use it. The asset grouping function is not so good, if admins use a different name for same items..

EZOffice: Sometimes simple, sometimes not so much.

I like it, but I think there is definitely room for improvement. It has some great features that are not found elsewhere in my experience, but I wouldn't necessarily pick to use this tool if I had to pick. I wouldn't have any gripes if it was picked for my team again, though.

Pros

I liked that everything was easy to categorize. For example, we deploy laptops called "Loaners" for users who don't have a laptop to use while IT fixes their originals. EZOffice made it very easy for us to put those "Loaner" laptops into a group, and then be able to view every laptop in that group and manage our assets more effectively. I also loved the "Previous Owner" field, as it helped me trace down some laptops that had seemingly disappeared. Big help there.

Cons

I did not like that it manually assigned an asset to our laptops. That has caused me some inconvenience. While searching for an asset tag that we've assigned, say I'm searching for laptop 2415, I'd put 2415 into the search bar, and there would be several laptops brought up as a result. Each of these laptops had EZOffice's personal asset tag assigned, along with our own, (which were never the same.) It was a pain to have to click on each asset to have to find out what it's real Asset tag was.

Pros

I can say it is great for asset tracking. It is easy to use with an affordable price. It actually made asset management an easy task.

Cons

If there would be a better customer support for troubleshooting it would make everything easier.

Way of viewing all available assets, their position and availability

Cons

Sometimes it's confusing to view when it's due date to return taken asset

Easy to reserve an asset.

Pros

Track of all the reserved items. Schedule time and date enables flexibility. Easy to use anytime , anywhere.

Cons

I am not sure. But i remember I had a technical display issue in the website. Can increase the visual effect of the website to make it more attractive.

Just starting using the mobile app, and I like it!

asset control tracking and depreciation

Pros

what I like the most is the ability to create sub-groups. We have multiple business units under our corporate office and that field fit.

Cons

it appears that when I was creating asset identification information on the web site, the mobile app is not aligned with the Cloud app, or I have misinterpreted the fields and how they line up.
