EZOfficeInventory enables you to manage assets and control inventory stock with ease. We monitor the entire asset lifecycle - enabling you to create Purchase Orders, draft up service tickets, and manage vendors effectively. Create custom labels and use our mobile app to scan Barcodes and QR Codes with ease. We even offer an RFID integration to cut down processing times even quicker.

Pros
Entering our assets was extremely simple and I am very happy with the ability to customize the software to my requirements.
Location and service status are also fantastic features that help us run our business more efficiently. I love that it is accessible from anywhere.
It's great software for keeping track of equipment assets used on a daily/weekly basis. It's been a great resource for the entire staff, and the customer service is phenomenal.
Cons
When booking multiple items at once, it won't tell you if there are booking clashes for any specific item, so each item has to be booked individually which is inefficient and annoying.
The UI is very confusing to learn if you are new to EZO; cannot submit large inventory items (many line items); mobile platform is very heavy and boring.
Software is very confusing. There are many inconsistencies throughout the application.

Overall my experience has been great and I appreciate the ease it brings to our needs for managing so many items as we do.

Pros

It is very easy to use and is great at categorizing any items we add for EZ management. There are too many features to list and I will just say that the app lives up to its brand name, EZ.

Cons

The reports function was a challenge at first and it seems like we can't delete previously created reports which remain under Bookmarked. Slightly annoying but easy to ignore.

The Ease of EZOFFICEInventory

My personal experience has been great. When speaking with potential clients, if they have certain preferences on equipment needs, I can easy access our inventory to see off we have that particular equipment instantly. It is just very easy to use. It's not clunky in any way.

Pros

It's very user friendly software. Before selecting it, we looked at one other software. What we loved about it was the ability to customize it without having to call support for help. We are able to track all of our inventory via barcode no matter what project they are assigned to with ease, via online or mobile app.

Cons

As soon as I have an answer I will update. We are very pleased with the software.

EZ Office Inventory Review

I have been using EZ for the past 4yrs and it has done what we have needed it for.

Pros

The cost for the functionality that it offers I would say is well worth it. It does the job for what our IT Dept uses it for.

Cons

I just wished the portal was a bit more visually appealing. We currently have our company logo on top but would be nice to customize the whole page.

EZO for Inventory Management

Pros

I like that I have the ability to create a bar code sticker in the moment. This feature allows me to streamline the checkout process and helps me to quickly find asset availability.

Cons

My least favorite thing about EZO is the limited navigation. For instnace, I dont like that I cant return to the page I was on when I delete an asset. There are a few other navigation delays like this that cost me several seconds. It doesnt sound like much but those seconds add up.

My Take on EZOfficeInventory for Colleges

I was the staff member who implemented and set up this system for our college and I work on the team that uses this software everyday. We have about 200 assets in our system and over 5000 users. We use this system to manage reservations and loans of tech hardware such as speaker systems and cameras. Overall the system has worked well for our needs but I can tell that is is not optimized for this use case. We love the customer support and the flexibility of this software.

Pros

For our use case the most valuable feature is definitely the ability to pull user information from our existing LDAP system so we never have to worry about creating user profiles or authentication. We also love the "carts" module which saves us time when checking out multiple assets to the same student/staff member.

Cons

It is frustrating that carts is not set up as part of the core of the software and is instead an add-on. This means certain features like sending alerts based on cart actions or seeing cart reservations along side single item reservations. I feel this is likely due to the fact that this system is designed for companies to manage their assets among staff, but we are implementing it as a service/customer lending system sort of like a library for tech hardware.
