BrightSafe is a safety management software that helps small businesses manage employees’ health and safety across workspaces. The platform enables administrators to create and share CPD-accredited eLearning courses regarding various topics including display screen equipment and fire safety awareness with staff members.

Managers can identify workplace hazards and report incidents or accidents with on-site images in real-time. BrightSafe offers built-in templates, allowing teams to create and manage risk assessments in compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards. Operators can also utilize the Android and iOS mobile applications to download policies, manage safety documents, and track upcoming safety tasks such as conducting vehicle checks and fire alarm tests.

BrightSafe lets businesses delegate work orders among team members, set up job task reminders, and maintain official records using the responsibility manager module. Employees can also add tasks regarding the management of safety control measures to eliminate potential workplace hazards.
