What is Centix?
Centix is an online platform for the management of movable and immovable assets. The basic module offers an extensive range of functionalities to help businesses manage, inspect, and maintain leasing equipment and service installations, including the ability to read measuring instruments per NEN 3140. Additional modules are available to support back-office procedures, including purchasing, contract management, and invoicing. The platform also offers unlimited data storage and unlimited user accounts.
Centix offers a free mobile application that can be used to carry out various tasks, including maintenance and inspections. Using the Extended Maintenance and Inspection module, supervisors can ensure that the inspection protocols are in line with various NEN standards, including NEN 1010, NEN 2559, and NEN 818. Pre-made inspection templates are available for use. The SaaS web-based application also offers the option for local network installations.
Menu structures and web pages can be created and changed via an admin panel, enabling users to design white-labeled layouts for streamlining the branding and customization needs of any company. System tables and settings can also be adjusted via the admin panel and XLS reports can be generated, customized, imported, and exported. Centix admins can also add extra custom functions and routines via SQL scripts.
