I use Zapier to create my jobs in Clockshark and there's no way to automatically enable the geofence.  

Heck, our primary CRM even offers a time clock feature included with our plan but we prefer to pay additional to use Clockshark.

Overall, ClockShark has been a reliable workforce management and time-tracking solution.
