What is Workyard?

Workyard is the construction operations platform for specialty contractors and self-performing general contractors determined to grow without sacrificing job control or margins. We canceled in October a few weeks after signing up… and still almost 4 months later they still hadn’t refunded us and then [sensitive content hidden] the “Customer Success rep” told me they made a mistake but also “We do not give partial credits or refunds for annual subscriptions, per the terms and conditions you agreed to when signing up.” And then claimed “we are not obligated to give any refund as stated in our terms that you agreed to when you paid for the software.”
