Administrative Assistant - Compliance

Concord has a user-friendly interface with the ability to have multiple tabs open at a time, which is so helpful when comparing and editing documents.

Procurement Manager

In other words, if I have a contract in Concord that is in its second year of a 1 year auto renew, I no longer get email notifications about it coming up for renewal.

Sr. OEM Sales Manager

All the changes are visible which is fine, but for formatting and edits not relevant to me, I can't easily turn those off and the relevant comments are somewhere in between.

Procurement Specialist

My experience has been wonderful, this product has helped my organization manage contract and ensures that we stay on top of renewals.

Director of Legal Affairs

Sometimes, the formatting is completely off when loading documents into the system or transferring to a live document.

Chargée d'expérience client

the fact that you can easily make an official document with signature, date and all info needed

Lawyer

This is very annoying especially if you draft the document from zero, and the whole draft disappears.

Tracking all contracts that have been issued, and being able to run reports.

Sales Coordinator

Additionally, there doesn't seem to be ways to add additional stages of contracts which would be nice for extra automation.

With Concord all that is eliminated, digitally signing documents revolutionized my contract signing experience.

I'd like the option to be able to package and send several individual documents to a recipient.

Having to manually update a contract term if the contract automatically renews.

Having a shared document multiple teams and people can use is efficient.

Operations Associate

Concord is a user-friendly, efficient and organised way to sign and store documents.

Contracts Administrator

I wish Concord had a spell checker so that when we create agreement templates in fill in the information in the fillable fields, we would be alerted about typos.

Business Developer

The sign on process was initially difficult but that has since been fixed.

Commerical Support Specialist

the wait on NDA signing it takes a little while

Joseph.G - Manager Contracts

Concord CMS would likely be positive for anyone looking for a versatile, easy-to-use content management system that can grow with their needs.

Director of Finance and Operations

It has totally streamlined our annual Employment Agreements and other documents that require signature by our faculty and staff.

Director, Bids, Proposals, Pricing

They have weekly webinar's that keep the customers informed and provide in depth insight into key product features.

I wish they would fix the word processor they use, and it would be a perfect product.

Records Specialist

I found it especially helpful for summarizing long legal documents, allowing for swift extraction of important information.

Quick, efficient and secure, multiple functions i don't even know about

Project Accountant

Sorting ability and ease of retrievals makes the work easier.

To have our documents available via the web and organized by department and user has saved us a lot of time and effort.

We have a wonderful administrator that keeps us informed about updates.

Program Supervisor

The search feature, somethings are hard to find.

Sometimes I wouldn't visit that particular office for weeks.

Contracts Director

I also like the storage of contracts in one place and the ease of searching for and finding contracts.

Human Resources Generalist

easy to use, and great feedback as a recipient!

It is very user friendly and easy to be taught.

Director of Business Operations & Assistant General Counsel

An assigned agent of Concord is readily available, works with you in getting familiarized with the system, allows you to move at your own pace at your own pace, and finds answers to questions that she does not have.

People ops Manager

Your user experience is worst I found in any signing tool I ever used.

Program Director

The ability to send contracts electronically as well as have them signed electronically by all required parties is very helpful in meeting timeframes for contractual compliance.

If a document needs to be edited, I feel that this should be able to be completed even after the company signs the document as sometimes edits are found when going over the contract/document with the parties that are signing it.

I like how user friendly Concord is for our end users.

Catering Manager

Sometimes the Signatures Email address has a lock on it, and you cannot see the information!

Contracts and License Manager

Our account rep is very attentive and responsive.

The folders and unlimited documents have allowed us to be more organized and efficient.

My team was also part of the beta group for Concord's AI integration with Chat GPT.

Sales and Account manager

By this I mean features like the ones for word docs like different font styles, numbering, etc (Basically I would want word features to be incorporated)

Chief of Staff

Before Concord, I would try to keep track of which contracts I needed to write/update/get signed using Excel spreadsheets, but since I wasn't in Contracts Mode every day or even every month, I'd get lost and have difficulty remembering when something needed to be done or where I had been in the process.

Director

It is useful for organizing documents and for approving.

It lets you draft, negotiate, sign, and manage all of your contracts in one place, which has saved us a lot of time.

The conditional approval workflows, private comments, and versioning have made the contract negotiation process smoother and more efficient.

Makes Contracts & Information for all departments Readable & Easy to access.

I love it able to Collaborate with Team to stay on top of our events

This is really how they make their money - they auto renew with NO refund policy and no attempt at customer service with an awful 30day policy from the first invoice (not even sure when that was even sent out?) And they never reply.

Co Owner

What i like about is that you can integrates with various third-party applications and services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Salesforce.
