Another thing I do not like is I cannot perform mathematical operations between fields (ie convert currency for reporting). When I have a lot of documents to work with it takes forever to process and the site freezes whenever I try to quickly navigate through multiple items.

In addition to sending me reminders of upcoming expirations, the system allows me to recall what agreements were made by vendors three years prior and avoid making guesses about what we agreed upon.

Occasionally a bulk uploading of files or metadata edit will be more time consuming than anticipated and that does not allow me to move as rapidly during times when the work load is at peak levels. And even though the interface is clean it still takes a new user several minutes to figure out how folder permissions and document tagging work correctly.

I still am unsure about how the workflow logic works. When I uploaded a word document the spaces between the words got all messed up and the signature lines do not line up with the text that is entered into the document and the contract looked like a disaster to the client.

It is surprising that I was able to connect to google drive and it didn’t crash. Although my desk is covered in old sticky notes and cold coffee, at least all of the vendor contracts are located in one place now.

The reporting setup does at times feel a bit restricted, I'd like to have more of an ability to build out dashboards easily without exporting data into Excel.

I hate searching for files; specifically the search bar, if you do not put quote marks, it will act stupid and cannot find the file.

The calendar reminders for the renewal dates also appear in my email inbox so far I have not missed a renewal date

Using PDF document isn't too ideal and I have faced with many issues using it.

Their Product Development team asks for user feedback and suggestions to make working in the platform better.

I wish there was a way to bulk archive expired contracts. As our contracts run on cycles, I can have a lot of them expiring at the same time.

They provide stellar customer support with quick response time.
