What is Dealerware?
DealerWare aims to streamline fleet management for car dealerships, dealer groups, and OEM brands. It is a web and mobile application with support services backed up by Silvercar’s in-house Customer Success team. Most features of this mobile-first software center focus on the DealerWare Mobile service, which facilitates car loan and rental contract management and cost recovery via smartphone. The browser-based DealerWare Web application provides insight into fleet operations, individual vehicles’ performance, customer, contract, and employee data.
The fully-connected mobility solution, DealerWare aims to help car dealers find new revenue streams, minimize expenses, recover costs, and increase vehicle utilization. Through automation and interactive technologies, it seeks to increase performance metrics relevant to dealerships, such as the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for rental and loan fleets.
