My experience was fine and we have recommended the product to others who not have Adobe sofware and need a convenient alternative.
The software is easy to use and makes signging doucuments or contracts easy, especially while traveling or whe out of the office and business must continue.
The features are redundant if one has the Adobe suite or Acrobat.

The signing process is much more simple than on Adobe Acrobat reader.
If you make a mistake, it takes a little bit longer to go back and correct everything then other softwares.

Lets us sign docs among multi parties without the need for scanning
Ease of use, no additional software like Adobe Acrobat is required on user's computers or devices
some scanned PDFs are hard to read or low quality, does not check for legibility

Easy to distribute, track, and archive docs with digital sigs.
I feel like it could be less expensive, considering that we can also accomplish this with Adobe Acrobat.

Although Adobe Acrobat allows for e-signing, this software allows for more extensive documenting sharing and signing.
This software has a more narrow focus than would be ideal.

I designed a form in Adobe Acrobat and had to have a physician's signature on the form. This required an official signature, therefore the third party.
It has turned into the standard for verification of what would otherwise have to be a bona fide "ink" signature.
I wish it was integrated into Adobe Acrobat more easily. I didn't notice that there was a plugin or anything.

This program allows for quick and traceable electronic signatures to be executed across different devices. Efficient and verifiable.
This program works well with programs like Adobe Acrobat but ensure that the recipient can access and update the document.

It is an easy way to authenticate documents. It works much better than the same setting in Adobe Acrobat.
It can be a little bloated, but it is by no means a dealbreaker. It is easy to ignore the features that you do not want to use.

It’s been good since I worked out the kinks. Not using it as much lately, but it’s still a good option.
It’s easy to get valid signatures from people around the country, colleges who are away, and those working remotely. Also has a part11 complaint version that works for our research documents.
I wish document setup was easier. The interface does not make it easy to create templates that might easily adapt to different circumstances. I think Adobe prepare feature on acrobat does this much better. lol

I use it regularly for both personal and professional documents and it is far better than Adobe Acrobat. Sometimes you don't have a choice but whenever I do, Docusign is the choice I make.
Docusign is so intuitive and easy to use. It is simple and clearly understandable whether you are using your smartphone, a tablet or a laptop. I also really appreciate the ability to store my signed documents or download them to my own storage choice.
I don't have any complaints or improvements - it's really good just the way it is.

DocuSign has great ease of use, is convenient and offers satisfactory services. However, to be differentiated from the crowd it needs to offer better file sharing and management services through collaborative workspace designs.
DocuSign offers an unparalleled methodology of ensuring utmost accuracy and authenticates signatures which facilities the confidentiality of documents. It also ensures that duplication and forging of signatures are prevented and thus, has bought a paradigm shift in providing authentic signatures on private documents of sensitive nature.
DocuSign doesn’t have any differentiating factor when it comes to other signature authentication services such as Adobe Acrobat or Mac Viewer . There are other document sign softwares in the market and DocuSign hasn’t established itself separate from the masses.

Overall this is still the leader in the industry as far as I'm concerned. Has small details on Image to PDF conversions but overall, this product is the best I've used.
Make document control from a centralized database extremely easy. After a simple sign-up and vetting process, your electronic signature is set.
The only thing I don't like is the use of their app. It seems amazing in theory but after working with it, uploading a piece of paper and translating it to PDF does not allow it to be used properly in adobe acrobat.

There is a benefit in the ease of use of this software, but it is not priced at its value.
The software made it easy to sign pdfs through a cellphone with my personal signature rather than a typed one, and is easy to save and resend to the sender.
I originally used this on a 7 day trial for some urgent documents. Later came to realize the monthly cost is way too high. Yes, it solves a problem of signing/filling forms, but does not have much more to offer. Adobe Acrobat would be better value.

Ever since starting from working from home I have been using Docusign. While working from home it is almost impossible to sign documents in person. Before we had to use Adobe Acrobat which can be difficult for some people. Docusign is extremely simple to use for everyone.
I love how easy Docusign has made signing documents. I love not having to search to where to sign on every page because Docusign makes it easy to find and fill in.
I don't like how difficult it is to edit the document once you sign. Once you sign it, it is done and you can't go back and edit it even if you accidentally messed up.

Overall it's a great app to sign and share documents with and to be able to keep track of clients!
DocuSign makes it so easy to sign and share documents and the reminders are also wonderful, so you don't have to keep reaching out to the client yourself. I've signed things as both a client and created things as a freelancer. Normally I'd do them in Microsoft Word and then create signature boxes in Adobe Acrobat X, but when it's a simple contract and/or I don't have time, DocuSign is a great alternative.
In both cases, signing as a client and creating contracts as a freelancer, DocuSign kept sending me emails to sign up and upgrade and such. That was very frustrating and felt spammy. The only other thing I can think of that's more related to functionality is that it's not entirely intuitive that where you place the signature box doesn't automatically generate the name and the underline for the signer. So make sure to do those manually and then place the signature where it makes sense.

Extremely dissatisfied. Wish we went with Adobe Sign.
I like that Adobe text boxes are recognized by Docusign. I can create a fillable form in Adobe then upload it to Docusign.
Reminders: There is no option to set the time of reminders. I have signers forwarding me reminder emails to show me that they're receiving them in the middle of the night, latest one was 2:53AM. This is not a good look for anyone; unprofessional.

DocuSign is fine for entrepreneurs that want to add more process and simplification to their contract signing. I haven't tried HelloSign, but you may want to look into that as a competitive product.
- Has a better mobile platform than Adobe Sign - Great for small-medium sized businesses where you don't have a ton of contract to manage or need over 50 user licenses - Offers a freemium option
- Security could be better. Adobe Sign feels seems to place security as a higher priority - I prefer the Adobe Sign interface to Docusign. It feels more up to date and modern

Good, it has really helped to speed up things when a signature is needed quickly.
I like that it makes me able to sign and take care of a transaction on the go. After signing I can easily track and manage the signed documents from the app.

I am a recent convert but after I tried this I fell in love. Would recommend to any business to give this a try especially for the PDF aspect.
I love how simple it is to create a PDF, share something that needs a document signature and manage all of your files all in one place. Adobe's features make this a great, streamlined and multi-purpose choice for any business.

Love it for what it is and help cut down on costs for additional software since I already have Adobe Creative Suite.
It's great document product that comes with the Adobe Creative Suite. A great solution for document needs for creative teams.
It's not as robust in features as Docusign is, it's doesn't work well with Zapier either.

Very very positive experience. DocuSign makes collecting signatures so very very easy and efficient.
You won't regret it. Adobe DocuSign makes the process of collecting signatures incredibly easy. All you need is a .pdf of the document that needs signing and the email address(es) of the signers, and you're off to the races. Very, very easy to use.
I can't honestly think of a single thing I don't like about DocuSign. Well, maybe the fact that I have to upload client documents to Adobe's server ... but that's not actually an issue since most of the docs I get signed end up in the public record anyway.

We also use DocuSign in our organisation but Adobe Acrobat Sign allows us to sign things off on the fly without having to go through multiple steps on DocuSign. We tend to use this for more internal sign offs and use DocuSign for external sign offs. Since our users are more familar with Adobe Acrobat Reader through working in our organisation or coming from different organisations, it is not a difficult journey to empower our users to use this service.
Nothing in particular, works alongside Adobe Acrobat Reader
