I have some forms that I send out to parents to be signed, this eliminates the "print it out, sign it in pen, take a picture (or actually SCAN it, yeah, like that ever actually happens these days), send it back to me." I receive it, hope it's readable enough to (hopefully never) stand up in court if the worst ever happens. This is much cleaner and easier.

I have used Docusign for well over 5 years to sign a variety of documentation. Whether it be for insurance, employment, hospital bills, contracts, or even rental agreements. It is very simple to use and i feel that the service just keeps getting better each year. I would possibly recommend businesses utilize this service when obtaining much needed signatures from customer/clients.

Some options are missing from it, but that is to be expected from a web-based app. The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to open the documents generated in Google Docs through other software.

The downside of this is that someone can edit the document as you are presenting and mess with your presentation or confuse your line of thoughts.

The icons are small and it's easy to accidentally press the wrong button or hit the wrong combination of keystrokes and change the menu into tiny icons with no explanations.
