Great all around product, has everything you need in a digital signing software and is very user friendly and intuitive to use.
A tad expensive, more than double the price of competitors like SignNow which seems to have all the same or very similar features. Our business selected SignNow for the more competitive price $ per month for unlimited documents! DocuSign for a restricted amount of documents or $ for a business license...

The most amazing thing about this software for me is that its so much fun to use as you have to add fields and stuff, so that makes me feel like iam doing some really cool thing. We send alot of form everyday to candidates using SignNow/DocuSign.
There is nothing as such that i would say is bad about DocuSign as its pretty easy and fun to use portal/website/app.

The thing I like most about the software is how easy it is to pickup and learn to use it. You will be able to take your experience and teach any new user.
I am a user that transitioned from DocuSign. SignNow is missing a handful of things that is in DocuSign.
Hi David, Thank you for the review! You mentioned SignNow is missing a handful of things that DocuSign has. We are always looking for suggestions on how to improve from our users, and would appreciate if you could elaborate on specifically what you are looking for. Thank you!

It is very affordable and an alternative for those seeking value-based service.
It is not as intuitive or easy to use as Docusign.

This software works the same as docusign but It’s more straightforward.
Some features could be improved such as when signing a document, the pop-up boxes will cover up words on the document that I need to see in order to fill out correctly.

Great flexibility and customization for digital signatures.
It allows for integration with your own app and software. The level of customization in building solutions is great.
Docusign is the standard. It's not that. This is a way better tool for coders and builders than the consumer facing side.

So far it has been pleasant, still waiting to see some more updates to make it more user friendly.
This product is similar to docusign. I like that it is cloud based so you really can access it anywhere.
I think the company is so new that it still has some kinks that need to be worked out. I will be interested to see if a few months how it is.

Simple to upload documents, best pricing for this type of software. Docusign and Adobe Signature offer better features but are ridiculously priced.
Once someone you want signs the document, SignNow makes them signup as a user. For first time signers it can be confusing as to how to sign the document.

I like that the software is fairly simple to use and the cost isn't too bad compared to other software like DocuSign.
It's a little clunky to use when you need to make changes to existing templates.

Excellent
I loved how easy it is to use compared to products like Docusign. I also prefer the signature feature to that of Adobe Acrobat.
I really didn't have any cons other than I was able to find a product that incorporated the signature feature with other features that I needed being in the real estate field. I have decided that I will continue with SignNow just because of how easy it is to use.

We've been happy customers of sign now we like them would prefer them to DocuSign but are concerned about the new update
Great application easy to use love it wouldn't change it but it was changed and now they don't like it
The new update has taken some functionality out of the app out of the things we can do and that makes problem and the new interface is not as good as the other one we are disappointed and it doesn't get changed back after our year we might shop around to your competition

Amazing product that is vital to the daily operations to my company. My team send out all of our employment contracts via signnow
Cheaper then docusign. Simple to learn and easy to sign out contracts. On the user side its also easy to sign. Every activity is documented.
I wish the templates were easier to make. I wish it could integrate with our SharePoint so that documents would automatically be stored when its sign by all parties
Many thanks for your super positive feedback! We are happy to know IT professionals appreciate our service! Please note that signNow actually has a recently updated integration for SharePoint. You can read the details on our site here: https://www.signnow.com/integrations/sharepoint Hope this helps!

We were looking for a more affordable alternative to Docusign, and after researching several options, I found SignNow to be the best overall at a great value.
fairly intuitive, does what I need it to - great that everything is digital
I wish it had more specific and/or customizable fields instead of just signature, date and text.

Overall good experience, everything went well without issue.
This software is mainly for sharing documents to other party to sign. It does what it supposed to do with little to no flaw. Another good alternative to docusign.
Required account creation to save your documents. The GUI could be a bit easier to navigate to.

Great alternative to other document signing platforms. I use it regularly in my business.
Easy of use was a big plus for both the document creator and signer. Has mobile app and allows for a realistic “wet” signature on mobile as well. Pricing for features is better than DocuSign.
The time stamp is in UTC which needed some explaining done for parties because they are not familiar with it.

I've had a good experience with SignNow. It works well when integrated properly with other software. We fill out all our information on our crew lists in Airtable and click one button to send out contracts to everyone on our crew lists. SignNow auto-populates the information and sends out the document. Once it's completed the document comes back to airtable and updates any changes made (address, email, etc) in our system.
Fairly straightforward. Easy to pickup without a big learning curve. We've also integrated the software with Airtable. The unlimited number of signatures is a huge plus. Other electronic signature software cap your signatures per month or year.
While it is a good alternative to DocuSign and other signature software, it also doesn't feel as robust. You're a limit more limited on what you can do with it compared to others. We've figured out a workaround or two, but SignNow still gets the job done.

Problem now is they've changed their pricing model which makes docusign a much better, more feature rich alternative. Their plan only charged when the document was fully signed -- while that remains, they've made smart fields, etc a part of the enterprise plan which made API access worthless. You can't populate a smartfield.
Relatively easy to use API, interface is pretty straight fwd.
Support can be tough to get access to if there are unique issues. Finally got in touch and they acknowledged issue on their side
Jason hi! Many thanks for your feedback. Even though it is not immediately pleasing, this is extremely helpful for us. Passing your input to the development team. Your review will help us to do better in the future, in terms of both functionality and the pricing policy.

Compared to others in this space like Docusign, I like how easy the workflow is. My clients don't have to register or download anything, it is quick to upload and manage my documents, and the price is excellent. I can't imagine how much time and money I have saved not having to print and scan documents.
Can't think of anything I don't like about this.

I have found it to be overall pretty good, with a few hitches. Total I have spent maybe four hours in setting up our basic contract.
Streamlining the contracting process is essential, and I have found SignNow to be OVERALL helpful. The software meets all US contracting laws, and helps to solidify the process. As a small business it has been helpful. It is a good alternative to DocuSign, has a good contract tracking feature, and is overall pretty easy to use.
The inability to edit docs INSIDE the app/website is a serious oversight. I believe it is available in the next membership level up, but it makes creating a draft contract somewhat frustrating as you have to go back and forth between word and SignNow.

It is far more convenient than printing, signing, scanning, and then re-uploading documents. Having all my signed documents in one place has proven to be a significant benefit. It is simple to create and send documents to many recipients. It's simple to learn and doesn't take long to master. Setting signing orders is a popular option I use to incorporate document inspection into the signing process. I can tell the product is still being developed, so when I log in, I'll find that something has been changed or tweaked to improve its usefulness or usability. The app is simple to use. Pricing is reasonable, significantly lower than DocuSign and comparable alternatives. The signing experience provided by DocuSign is superior and appears more professional, but SignNow is not far behind.
It is not as popular as other services such as DocuSign, which makes it confusing when people receive a signing link. Furthermore, I wish it were easier to change the user who should receive when my contact is not the signatory. Clients occasionally have trouble navigating the invitation we send to fill out the form. Sometimes a client's invitation is routed to their spam account, slowing our office's ability to receive completed paperwork. Clients will occasionally use the word DocuSign and expect the email to come from that service, despite being told that it will come from SignNow. This is not a problem with a straightforward solution. Furthermore, selecting a platform that does not have the same brand recognition as others creates uncertainty and mistrust.

Still lets you send and sign docs at a cheaper price
I like that its easy to use and not a bunch of fluff that gets in the way of you doing what you need to do at work.
I think they are missing a few things that docusign has. and sometimes when a document is sent it doesnt get to the person its supposed to go to and the doc is not in the spam folder either. So at times you will have to resend or even have the person make up a new email just to get the document

We looked at several products before choosing SignNow and did so mostly based on price. They had the features we were looking for and were much cheaper than DocuSign, Adobe, and other e-signature applications we looked at. The workflow/routing functionality is really beneficial, especially if you don't have another solution at your organization that can manage workflows. We were trying to find a solution to handle electronic signatures, but really found the platform most beneficial for workflow management.
The biggest cause for concern though is the reliability and support of the product. The authentication portal is unavailable several times a week and this has been going on for weeks. When this happens, existing forms can still be filled out, but no new forms can be created or modified and form owners can not check on the status of forms. SignNow has phone and email support, but I've called the support line several times and am always instructed to leave a message and it is never returned. Also, emailing their support typically does not yield a response. I've emailed in about 20 times over the past year for different things and have received a response for five of them.

I like how it is integrated with our AMS so that when we email docs to our clients we can click "sign-now" and set up the spots we need electronic signatures for. However, there are times where the actual email never sends and I end up having to send it again through SignNow rather than NowCerts automatically (our AMS provider). That has caused some issues with customer service with our agents. Otherwise we get a discounted rate and it is by far one of the friendliest and most customer friendly products for e-signature I have seen--a true rival to Docusign.
Double sending glitch I wrote about above is the only issue really, the setup for e-sign and pointing where you want it is a little touchy. You can accidentally click somewhere and not know you asked for a client's signature in an area of the policy that you don't need a signature on all because you accidentally brushed your mouse.
