For us as a multinational and multilingual company it is crucian to have software that automatically translate and utilize different countries and cultures but implementing same data bases as shared and same mandatory workflows so all sites are doing same process in Maintenance and use standardized Task Procedures as best practices.

Some parts of the program feel sluggish, particularly when I’m attempting to code a new report or change how data is displayed. When Ive had to teach new staff members that arent so tech savvy, I've learned it takes a lot of patience.

I should also note that integrating new team members takes longer than I’d prefer, largely because a couple of menus aren’t as intuitive as the rest. And although the touch on mobile works, I do wish it felt a bit more fluid when I’m out on the floor.

The iPhone application takes forever to load the work orders. Why can’t you make edits to an asset after the order is opened?

The mobile application is very slow syncing when I am out in the back of the plant and the WiFi is bad.

I also appreciate the ease of creating and setting up an eMaint MMS and training my staff on its use; little or no hand holding is required.

The high level of technical support offered at little to no cost, such as assistance with setting up APIs with other programs, has been invaluable to us.

eMaint keeps me up on a lot of assets and doesn't let me get overwhelmed ( things like PMs or open work don't get lost ).

Asset search can be a bit cumbersome when you have multiple assets in an area.

Implementation into the new X5 system went so rough that the team assisting us with issues after going live have had far more work on their hands than they should've had.

Translations in other language, eMaint University has very limited resources in other languages, inability to get metrics/charts easily.

It does handle the large inventory of equipment we have without shutting down daily like the previous software did.
