Some parts of the program feel sluggish, particularly when I’m attempting to code a new report or change how data is displayed. When Ive had to teach new staff members that arent so tech savvy, I've learned it takes a lot of patience.

I should also note that integrating new team members takes longer than I’d prefer, largely because a couple of menus aren’t as intuitive as the rest. And although the touch on mobile works, I do wish it felt a bit more fluid when I’m out on the floor.

I also appreciate the ease of creating and setting up an eMaint MMS and training my staff on its use; little or no hand holding is required.

Overall, these limitations do not outweigh the benefits of the platform, but improvements in interface design, faster performance, and simpler configuration would make the system even more user-friendly.

Updates tend to be hard to follow up, and with the one on feb 9th, not even customer support and product specialist have been able to solve my cycle count issue.

Only having status of open, complete, and closed made it difficult for my team to get on board with the approval process workflow.

For requests that will we be repeated they will figure out the needs, the solution, then when asked are incredibly invested in teaching the HOW and WHY so I get more understanding of the database.

People learn differently, so allowing users the freedom to see information through various export options is vital.

eMaint keeps me up on a lot of assets and doesn't let me get overwhelmed ( things like PMs or open work don't get lost ).

Asset search can be a bit cumbersome when you have multiple assets in an area.
