ease of use, ability to notify staff automatically of their clients, app notifications of client sign-ins
no windows phone or windows 10 app, i would love the ability to install the app on my windows phone as well as have app specific notifications on my computer through a windows 10 app.

Very simple, easy to use sign in system.
The ease of letting you know that you have a visitor as soon as they check in. Not your typical pen/paper sign in process.
Some employees don't always receive the notification that someone is waiting for them.

Overall it's been great!
I like that it's easy to sign people in and out. I like how customizable the sign in process is.
I wish it was compatible with Android tablets. I wish there was a way to connect it with our square account so people could pay when they pre-register.

Customer service was very friendly, implementation was easy and my rep continues to help us if we get stuck.
Envoy dose an amazing job of helping us keep track of what matters most “people”. Our old dog in process was clumsy and not efficient. HIPAA was always a concern and accidentally shredding the wrong documents is now a thing of the past. We know every person has signed in and had has signed the right documents.
This software is not designed to be used the way we are but we make it work. The biggest thing I would love to be able to do is have auto sign outs assigned by sign in group rather than across the board. Also being able to edit a members visit without going in the back in of the program. Counts that’s show how many people are sign in to each type of log in group would also be nice. Admin needs an app on the iPad.

It's easy to use and it works really well. We use it on a "hourly" basis, in a busy office with many meetings
The Sign Off button is ridiculously small - none of our visitors can see it - they end up starting to Sign in again... absolutely EVERYONE complains!

Easy sign in process with infinite retention... Helps us meet our compliance standards.
I love that they always let you know when there is a problem. The software was just plug and play, with clear concise instructions on how to use it.
Some things can't be customized, like setting the notification type for ALL users across the domain.

Envoy is great for having guests visit. They sign in on our iPad downstairs and our users get notified of their guests' arrival. Returning guests are automatically recognized. As far as setup and troubleshooting, couldn't be easier. Very intuitive dashboard and app.
It's easy for end users to use and easy for me to administer.

Ease of use. Visitors are able to sign-in hassle-free. It is also easy to make updates to any forms that visitors sign.
I would like it if the system had tracking ability for employees too. It would be nice if their was a feature that allowed employees to scan in and out so they could be accounted for in the event of a fire alarm.

How easy it is to have guests sign in & sign the NDA. Makes it easy to have the visitors information (i.e. email) in case for the off chance they forget something in the office or other reason.
Does not always notify the host when their guest has arrived. We usually have to get into contact with IT & even then, IT's admin role has been revoked & they can only help us so much with issues that arise.

We have the exact time drivers arrive at our facility and if they are dropping off or picking up and what PO# they are picking up.
I love the visitor's sign in. You get everything you need when a visitor signs in

The pre-registration feature of the app lets us sign up visitors remotely and send customs e-mails on their scheduled visit. This solves heavy workflow and procrastinating on the day of the visit itself.
The software is convenient and user friendly in terms of the sign up system and document signing feature. The whole process is quick and hassle-free which gives the impression of an efficient, well-made software.
No issues encountered at the moment, some lags that we experience are mostly on our devices.

I really enjoy being able to send out emails in advance to large groups to get them checked in early and their initial check in goes fast. We also have vendors and contractors that visit us frequently so it is great to have their information saved for a faster check in.
Sometimes it glitches and returning users information is not saved which can cause sign in to take longer.

As it is something new for everyone it is a little confusing but as you go using it you will get the trick and find it is super easy to use, to me personally being TechOps it helps me a lot with the deliverys because I use the app to send emails to TWers directly by just scanning the package without having to contact them or send tickets, this is what I liked the most, it makes the work less tedious and faster.
The fact of having to do Check-in and then Sign it's not that I don't like it but its a little confusing because people think that by checking in there is nothing more to do and they forget about the Sign in so we have to be reminding them.

I haven't used it in really complicated manners, so I'm not sure how it would work in that setting.

Envoy solved all of our visitor problems! We were looking for a sleek, modern set-up, and needed to be able to print name badges for visitors, WITH pictures. Envoy checked all the boxes! And don't even get me started on their customer service!! I need more stars to properly express how wonderful they are to work with.
The ease of use! Some of our visitors have never used an iPad before, but the app makes it easy for ANYONE to sign in. Also, the dashboard makes it very easy for our receptionist to know exactly who's in the building. And don't get me started on the text alerts! Everyone here LOVES them!
The only drawback would be the high price of entry. However, Envoy proves their worth, so I only list it to have something in the con column.

Checking historical occupancy has been handy when we need to look at a specific date and to see who came into the office. Visitors are receptive to completing the check in.
Favourite features are visitors sign in and employee registration for screening and contact tracing during COVID19.
Sometimes set up or customization can be a bit challenging but support is quick and responsive.

We use this to sign in candidates who interview with our company. It is an easy effective way to alert us of someone coming onsite. We also upload our NDA and they are able to sign it easily. We use it for people to come in for meetings as well.
This product is very easy to use. There are a few functions that make it particularly useful for my job. I am able to add it directly to invitations and I also add people in daily. I have never had any complaints about the product. That is saying something!
I can see how COVID-19 would affect this product and the use of it. I know you are in development with some new software, so it will be interesting to see the new integrations and updates when we return to the office. One option to expand is in regards to the notifications settings. It would be great to have the interviewer AND the coordinator informed when a candidate is onsite. This would alleviate us needing to notify them that someone arrived. If this is a current feature, I am unaware of how to use it in this way.

I love the Cisco ISE integration as it really improves upon our guest wireless experience for visitors. We used to have numerous issues with guest trying to create a wireless account manually and not understanding what they have to do. Now, they automatically receive an SMS/email for their wireless credentials. All they need to do is simply walk to the meeting room and connect directly to our guest wireless with the wireless info in the SMS/email.
Not having the ability add logic to the sign-in form. We would like to add in logic branching into the sign-in form to make it cleaner without having a bunch of optional fields for the visitors to see. Chances are, if the fields are optional, the visitors won't fill it out.

Overall, envoy works great. I can instantly sign visitors in and out with no problem, creating a better experience for them.
I like that the software allows me to know at what times someone was checked in or out of a building. Also, the convenience of being able to sign someone in and out from my mobile device or any device near me.
I feel like the product can freezes at times or delays itself. Overall, refreshing the envoy app or page helps the issue resolve itself. There are times where envoy is down but not constantly.

We used to use a paper sign in with our clients, many who are tech industry companies. We are a small location but part of a very large law firm and we need to look professional and tech savvy. This app lets us do all this while helping me manage the visitor tracking process.
I look the design and ease of use. Our clients are often impressed. I can focus on my interaction with them because the app makes it easy and quick to sign in. My favorite feature is the dashboard because I can instantly see their name and who they are here for.
