For example, having the option to sort by date in the projects section, being able to change the customer on a work order or project after it’s created would be really helpful for correcting simple entry mistakes, and possibly being able to put the projects on the map.

What I like least is the layout of the schedule, our techs and managers tend to be very visual people and the schedule we had used before with a simple spreadsheet actually was faster to navigate and easier to look over. If Field Pulse could take some feedback on this and consider another dispatch calendar i think it could make a huge difference in our team collaboration.

It has also saved us with reports so that we can quickly tell who we have yet to invoice, our sales, who is still pending payment.

I.e. employee clock in and out are not syncable to qb. But for some reason only 2 of my employee's time are synced when msg tech support they are unable to sync anyone else.

I think that automated reports should be able to be generated based off things done or not done on job (notes/pictures/status) Once you understand how the software works and change your processes to work with the software it works very well.

It is very useful in scheduling jobs and tracking the history of the jobs we do for each customer/property.    With the many integrations available, our company is able to use it with several other platforms and it is very helpful!

Technician

The least thing I like about FieldPulse currently is the integration with the map. If there was a way for us to use the map feature to see where all of our customers are located when there is no task assigned to them that would help us out tremendously in scheduling routes checking in with past customers.

Make sure you do your homework when it comes to the software. And make sure you ask him about their text messaging, emailing, and even the ability to call customers directly.

You receive all of the core, required functionality up-front as part of your subscription, which was a huge factor in weighing options across various platform providers.

It has made me a more efficient manager with job scheduling and gathering reporting data for my department.

Some templates we’ve created cannot be deleted, which means any information that’s no longer needed for that custom feature will still remain.

You can not click on transactions from the payment portal that automatically links the invoice to the transaction.

It allows us to schedule and invoice independently, and integrates with QBO.

Occasionally, there is an issue we come into where Field Pulse does not have a feature that we would like or doesn't function in the same way we have become accustomed to with our old software.

Building purchase orders is quick, and the layout makes it simple to add items, quantities, and vendor details without extra steps.

i wish you can link or merge jobs together. and i wish there was a way to mark jobs paid when its not attached to an invoice.

Being an electrician we use a lot of different products with specific names, when adding items to invoices some times it’s hard to get an item to pull up without having to spend a bit searching for it.

I least like that it runs so slow... always takes awhile to navigate through and have to refresh multiple times...and files do not merge over with pictures. If you delete a file it is not easy to retrieve it.

I wish there was a way on the calendar view to let me know that there is an open invoice when the job has been marked complete.

Tracking work orders and invoices is more efficient with color and tags.

It looks expensive and time-consuming to make this kind of massive switch - and frankly, it is! - but when you look at the time saved by not re-re-re-writing everything by hand, the money saved by preventing fraud and communication errors, and the professionalism gained by ensure everyone knows everything they need to know, it's going to end up saving us a far, far more time, money, and frustration than we've spent setting this up!

Specifically, with the Individual view on Team schedule, I would like to be able to drag tiles to change the time of jobs.

There could be better intergrations with maintenance agreements at commercial buildings like apartments that have more than 5 units.
